DECIPHER risk
Does anyone know, do DECIPHER post
prostatectomy
results assessing metastatic and PCSM risk reflect the
prostatectomy
treatment or do those numbers assess the risk of the tumor tissue without regard to treatment?

Looking for incontinence supplies
I had a
prostatectomy
with Lupron and Radiation. I developed hemorrhagic radiation cystitis and underwent multiple cystoscopies to control bleeding. I am now quite incontinent. I am a golfer and looking for incontinence supplies that are easy to change (without removing your pants).

Husband doesn’t want to continue ADT/treatments for stage 4. He is only 51.
He had
prostatectomy
12/10/19 (g7, tertiary 5 at multi focal positive margins and aggressive cancer). First PSA at 3 months was 1.44–next few PSAs DT of less than 2 months. Axumin pet showed cancer in several iliac lymph nodes, area in sacrum and small area in bladder.

Statin use and risk of PCa biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy.
"In the largest reported surgical cohort to date, we investigated the effect of statin therapy on BCRF {biochemical recurrence free} and overall survival in patients with CaP who have undergone radical
prostatectomy
(RP)."

Support post prostatectomy
My husband is having robotic nerve-sparing surgery today. I'd like to know how he might feel afterwards and the best way to support him. Thank you, this is such a helpful site.
