I underwent whole pelvic irradiation 6 months ago -
prostatectomy
(2019), PT3A, and lodge irradiation (2020), just after gallium PSMA picked two small illiac nodes with PSMA around 2,5, both.

Greater consumption of healthful plant-based foods associated with modestly higher scores in quality-of-life among patients with PCa
Results The median age at prostate cancer diagnosis was 68 years; 48% of patients underwent radical

, and 35% received radiation as primary therapy. The median time from diagnosis/treatment to first the quality-of-life questionnaire was 7.0 years.

1, 3 or 6 month ADT?
Originally, after a
prostatectomy
and 40 radiation treatments, I had a one month shot of Lupron followed by a six month shot of Lupron. My PSA went to undetectable. Seven years later my PSA crept up to seven and I was put on a monthly shot of Firmagon for life.

Radical prostatectomy consultant in the south of England
Assuming there is no or little spread, I am keen to have a radical laparoscopic
prostatectomy
as soon as possible. Do any members have recommendations in the central south of England, private or NHS?

PSA 0.5, 6 yrs after prostatectomy
Hi all, My father's PSA has risen to 0.5 today. He had the prostate removal 6.5 yrs back in 2017. His gleason score was 8, PSA around 20 at the time of surgery. However post surgery, it was indicated that seminal vesicles were clean and no occurence in lymph nodes so it was indeed a localized tumor

Due to
prostatectomy
(even though nerve sparing), radiation and ongoing hormone therapy, I’m not having success in that department. We’ve tried all the meds - no help. Tried tri-mix - results excellent but the pain was unendurable, as was the duration.

Big decsions regarding SRT/ADT due to BCR post RP
My husband was had a robotic radical
prostatectomy
1/2019 with no major complications or side effects. Gleason 4+3, negative margins and no positive lymph nodes. There was cribiform invasion of a nerve but all margins of the prostate and 0/13 LN were negative after surgery.
