Worsening Stress Incontinence 20 Months After Surgery?
I had my Robotic
Prostatectomy
20 months ago at age 54 and everything went really well. Good post surgery pathology (no positive margins or extracapular extension). I didn't need pads about 5 months after surgery.

"Pros and Cons of Various Forms of Radiation Therapy vs Radical Prostatectomy for Men in Their 50s"
I have been diagnosed with intermediate non-favorable risk prostate cancer. Currently, we are conducting Decipher testing along with PSMA PET and genetic testing. My father is a prostate cancer survivor; he had brachytherapy 12 years ago, then experienced a recurrence at 78 and underwent intensity-modulated

help for arousal incontinence
I'm 58 and had a nerve-sparing radical
prostatectomy
9 weeks ago. My recovery has gone fairly smoothly - I had no stress urinary incontinence after the catheter came out and haven't really needed pads, and my erections are slowly starting to recover (been taking Cialis 20mg/day).

Prostate cancer radiotherapy side effects.
I’m a seventy seven year old who had a radical
prostatectomy
eight years ago. Following one of my regular PSA tests the result showed, after scans in September 2023, a return in the prostate bed and adjacent lymph nodes.

Prostatectomy
I was scared to death to hear that I had cancer. My Father died from it. There was no offer for chemotherapy or radiation. I was told that my doctor needed more experience with the DaVinci robot and I was chosen. I died that day and was traumatized beyond traumatized and purposely given ecoli and regretted

Rising PSA
I had a
prostatectomy
almost 3 years ago. My PSA has been undetectable (<0.01) for all that time. This week it was .02 I’m going to redo the test to make sure. Then my urologist wants to refer me to a radiation oncologist. Has anyone had any experience with this.

Prostatectomy
done in March -17. Treated with Bicalutamide and Zoladex injection until rise in PSA 18 months ago. Increasing PSA from 6-12 on chemotherapy through last summer. September he was put on Xtandi which unfortunately gave him horrible side effects and we had to stop.

My decision on Radiotherapy -v- Prostatectomy
I then needed to make a decision on radical
prostatectomy
or radical radiotherapy. Officially, both were treated equally. My initial thoughts had been on RP rather than RT. However, after investigating the options in more detail, I decided on the radiotherapy.

Prostate-as-"PCa Factory" - Reasons for Removal?
While reading the bio of forum member, I noted the following advantage to radical
prostatectomy
(paraphrased):"
No more PCa factory
" As I have written in multiple posts I am enjoying very effective
triplet therapy
against my high volume metastatic prostate cancer.

Failed RP & SRT; Negative PSMA PET
I had a radical
prostatectomy
that failed and then salvage radiation therapy that appears to have failed as well. A recent PSMA PET scan showed no signs of recurrent prostate cancer or metastases.

Recurrent prostate cancer at 5 months after radical prostatectomy, with psa up to 0.2. PSMA and MRI negative. Now on Leuprolide and Nubeqa.
My Gleason was 9. Incontinence has been an issue since the RP and even though it has improved still leaked around 30 ml a day. Delaying radiation that I was recommended by one institution but some Oncologists say to delay radiation for more recovery. Even though my PSA is 0.01 on the meds, i worry
