GOOD RX
I have to pay for my
prograf
, which I use the GOOD RX app for. Normally these pills, for a month supply is around $500 sometimes more. With this app I save HUNDREDS!!!!! I just got my refill at Ralphs and spent $1.30.

Tacrolimus side effects - nausea
Hi everyone, I started Tacrolimus (Oral)
Prograf
last week to help tackle my nephritis. Just wondering what side effect people found and if they carry on for the whole time or if it settles down?

Neutropenia - Again!
Resolved over the next two months with a reduction of Myfortic to 180mg twice a day (with higher dose of
Prograf
), removal of Valcyte, and one injection of Neupogen. Once things were stable we started to increase the Myfortic. Mid-April we increased it back to standard dose - 540mg twce a day.

Anti rejection meds schedule
Hi, When do you guys take your
prograf
/tacrolimus/envarsus, steroids (prednisone), and cellcept/azathioprine? My team never advised me how to take any of them, just that I should take
prograf
on an empty stomach. Are you able to take
prograf
and prednisone together? Thanks.

Adoport
Prograf
used for immune suppressant but now been told I’ve to change to Adoport to save money. Cannot find any real info on adoport which is new product offered. I got hep c because government wanted to save money and very wary about these reasons being given for this change.

2 Weeks Post Op - Trouble Sleeping
I was on 9 mg in AM and 8mg in PM for
Prograf
, but yesterday that was reduced to 6mg twice a day. Myfortic is 540mg twice a day. Did anyone else have this issue? Will it go away as medications stabilize? Thanks! Danielle

PROGRAF (tacrolimus) - Any experience of it?
I only have one kidney, pelvic & born like it but wonder if anyone else is currently on or has been on
PROGRAF
before and could share any experiences you may have had with it, good or bad. Also if anyone else has had this stabbing pain in their liver area too? Thanks in advance! Matt.

Essential Thrombocythemia & Pain Killers
Hi All. I was just wondering what pain killers others have used for Bone pain headaches etc with ET. I paid a visit to my GP which again was a doctor i have never seen before. I have been taking paracetamol for my migraine, headache, bone & joint pain which does not work as most of you will already know

Immune suppression mix
Is anyone else on
Prograf
(Tacrolimus) Mycophenalate Mofetil & Zentiva (Hydrochloroquine) recently added to the mix by my dermatologist? Just seems an awful lot. I have loads of other types of meds too. I hate to think of the chemical mix in my poor system. 😣 No wonder mozzies don't bite me 😂

Adaport and Hair Issues.
I started taking
Prograf
but was then changed to Adaport. Since then my hair has became like a sponge and I had to get it cut off. Once cut it has become very curly and is non receptive to dye. Has anyone else had these issues my consultant said he had never heard of it happening.

Anti-Rejection Drugs
I have PRA level sitting at zero so I do not think this a due to antibodies but more to the use of Calcineurin inhibitors like
prograf
as the type of scarring is consistent in what you see in a chronic nephrotoxicity from drugs such as cyclosporine and
prograf
.
