Lots of hypothyroid symptoms and don't know what to do
I also had very bad small intestinal bacterial overgrowth that was treated with Rifaximin antibiotics for a month and since then (5 months ago) I've been taking lots of
probiotics
and other things to help the gut recover.

We May All Have SIBO at least according to Michael Ruscio, DC
He explains the four classes of
probiotics
that you may try later. Even fermented foods which we all thought was good may not be until we know we are rid of SIBO. Treatments vary and sometimes an elemental diet is all that's necessary.

L.Reuteri probiotic and B12 absorbtion
Hi, I was doing some B12 research on the internet and I found a study that seems to say that a certain type of gut bacteria, L. Reuteri, if increased in the stomach, helps a person absorb B12. This is a link to the study, www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3162504. Has anyone else every heard of

Some hypo stuff says to eat seaweed, probiotic diary and cruciferous vegs and others have said avoid iodine foods. So depressed. Got on the scales and heaviest ever still going up. Feel pretty awful. Wanna cry. What can I eat for health! tempted to just stop eating at all.

Has anyone tried kefir before?
Just found out about this drink recently. Can't believe I haven't heard of it before. People rave about this stuff, I've watched tons of videos on it over the last few days. Quite a few people with IBS say it either reduced their symptoms pretty drastically or got rid of them completely. It's a probiotic

Hi fellow ibs sufferers
Oh & one more thing I was taking
probiotics
but stopped once I started the diet as I wanted to see if the diet alone would help me figure out any trigger foods. Am i right to do that ? Gosh sorry that's rather a lot for a first timer! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Itchy!!!!!!!!!!
I have been on Levothyroxine for 3 months. My whole body is so itchy I could scream at times. My hair is dry and nails break. My internist took me off Levo., vitamin D, and probiotic for several weeks as a trial... 2 wks. now.....no change. Does anyone have the same symptoms?

Taking a week's dose of Vitamins in one go?
Not enough hours in the day and trying to fit in a full-on detox with capsules, clay,
probiotics
, enemas etc. It's driving me nuts 🤣
