Microbiome/Gut Health Book List
He was talking about Leaky Guts,
Probiotics
and Elimination diets in the 1980's. From 1987 until 1995 at least (when I had private Medical Insurance) he was my Nutritional Specialist. I had been ill for years and he got me back to health.

Kijimea
Just wondering if anyone else is trying the new wonder probiotic Kijimea which is supposed to heal leaky gut and IBS symptoms. I have been taking it for nearly a week and it's definitely making changes to my digestion. Would like to compare notes with someone else if possible. Thanks!

Prebiotics
I am taking Bio-Kult
probiotics
at the moment. ( Tried so many, even the mega expensive ones with out any improvements with the IBS- C. ) I have just purchased some good quality yoghurt but I am worried that the lactose in it may be a problem, as I usually buy lacto free products.

Which probiotic for Excessive gas?
Hi all, new here! I'm suffering excess gas after eating, have tried cutting out lactose and gluten for the past week and this has helped but there will still be times when it flares up and I have no idea why and I'm at my wits end. It's so uncomfortable and causing me to withdraw socially, I also suffer

Hi 👋🏽 all Can anyone shed light on these stomach issues 🤦🏽♀️ I'm bloated, lack of digestion even though I've take enzymes, probiotic and kefir, my body won't digest my food and I eat well. I can feel the food sitting in my stomach hours after I've eaten, basically rotting cause then I get windy

Hello
Hi, I'm new here and although I've lurked on forums in the past, I've decided to join. I've been plagued for years with IBS and despite overhauling my diet and lifestyle, and trying everything from the gp, I still suffered to some extent. A few months ago, I started taking Alflorex precisionbiotics

Highly recommended read
Hi I'm new here and I would really recommend a book called "TISSUE CLEANSING THROUGH BOWEL MANAGEMENT" I'm not plugging this (whilst available on Amazon, this is actually quite old and available online as free pdf download if you Google search!) Worth reading, and when you see the xray pictures of diverticulitis

Gut Microbiome & Prostate Cancer.
New study below. Popular interest in the gut microbiome is probably due to Dr. David Perlmutter, a neurologist & author of "Brain Maker: The Power of Gut Microbes to Heal and Protect Your Brain–for Life" (2015) [2]. One might ask if there is more to this than taking a daily probiotic, or even a prebiotic

We're The Gut Stuff, on a mission to debunk the fads & de-mystify the science behind good gut health and it's positive impact.
Scientists are now discovering that there's now lots of different bugs and bacteria living within our body, that we also need to feed with
probiotics
and
probiotics
and in speaking to food specialists and scientists we’ve realised that Kale isn't actually good for us unless cooked in fat and loads more

B12 and folate
Hi all Apologies as I think this has been answered a few times (Clivealive I am talking to you here!). I had a B12 of under 180 a few months ago. Same story as many. Had bad neuro symptoms but after 6 doses doctor refused any more for 3 months. Am exploring other options with B12 but also just noticed
