I feel like Im never going to find the solution!!!
Ive started taking
probiotics
and Colparmin . However im quite inpatient and after a month of Bioglan im feeling fed up but maybe they will take a long time to work? The symptoms are lots of gurgling in my bell.

More Bad News After Radical Prostatectomy
I've also started taking a ton of supplements such as curcumin, resveratrol, D3, B12, B16, C,
probiotics
, etc. I'm eating a ketogenic plant-based diet (no sugar, no dairy, no processed foods, no fruits, and no red meat) and I'm juicing with a cold-press juicer.

Never ending Bloat
Hi Folks This is a simple question- does anyone have bloating that doesn't really go away? A flare up 6 months ago gave me bloating I hadn't experienced before. Usually I can control IBS with diet but now I'm thinking what else it could be. I go to bed with it and wake up with it GP has done tests

Good probiotics?
Wondered what's a really good probiotic, I'm going to have a fairly long course of abs to try help my chronic sinus infection before I have the surgery. I always have an actimel every morning and activia yogurt during the day, but are there some really good ones out there as the only ones I know of

A healthy person's poop could save someone's life
Scientists hope to identify microbes that can serve as

Kefir Diary continued: Of interest to ALL, Hashimoto's and PMR suffers. Reduced CRP results!
If you want to take back control, educate yourself on gut health, the gut biome, live
probiotics
such as kefir, water based Coconut Kefir if you cannot tolerate cow dairy. As the tee shirt says "Just Do It!". Good luck. Poppy the 🐈

Update: Kefir Diary... It's official, hospital weighing scales; I have lost 5.4 kilos!
Simply drinking coconut water Probiotic Kefir, which is helping to diminish Candida and thus the voracious sugar demands prompted by the Candida; avoiding potatoes and following a gluten/wheat free regimen...eating everything I normally eat, including full fat goat's yoghurt and black chocolate, I have

A quarter of the way through treatment
Starting to feel good. Drinking those probiotic yoghurt things really HELPS ... if I was on the original dose I’d be halfway through today but only a quarter now since they doubled the time ... I’ve managed 8000 steps today, in two decent walks, and that’s me starting on my way back to the life I had

Need advice from SIBO patients please.
Hi guys, I've been over on the P.A.forum as life got really bad about 6 months ago, usual symptoms of B12 and/or Iron anaemia/deficiency which my GP was dismissive of. Anyway, on my trawls a lovely member (MourneAdventurer, I think) mentioned it. I researched, and a lot of lights came on very quickly

What is going on????
Charcoal, BRAT diet, pre and
probiotics
, but I still have the fast urge to go every 3--4 hours...Doc's say it takes time to heal an "angry" hot intentions that have been stripped of all that is good...but really now...Did I this whole scenario throw me into a possible IBS pattern?

Adding T3 to T4, week 1: progress report
Hi - I have Hashis. Following advice from a thyroid-sympathetic endo, I have, for the last week, been adding 6.25mcg T3, 3 x daily on top of my 100mcg levo. I've also been eating GF and for the last couple of days, DF as well. And taking various vitamin and mineral supplements as if my life depended

Immunotherapy and Bifidobacteria
Good morning ladies. I am reading Chris Woollam’s book ‘Heal your gut heal your body ‘ and he says how important it is to create a good gut microbiome when healing cancer. He says that immunotherapy and many chemo drugs work more effectively if Bifidobacteria are taken at the same time. This is maybe
