Too much Pramipexole.
Anyway my biggest concern is this....she has increased my medication from 1 X 0.52mg of
Pramipexole
to 2 X 0.52mg a day. Although I have never experienced any side effects I am worried that this seems to be a high dose. What are your thoughts please?

Eureka- I have it!
Also I want to stop the
pramipexole
completely while I'm 'protected' by the fentanyl. Hopefully. I am crossing fingers, toes, eyes and anything I can think of as I wait to see if it helps. I feel a bit spaced out but then, I did anyway with very little sleep.

Can on augment on Gabapentin
Meanwhile I'm down to 1/4 the dose of
pramipexole
that I was on in November but having awful nights with not much sleep. Rarely any more than 45 minutes at a time, and I guess about 3 - 4 hours altogether on a good night. Often it's my pain that triggers it, from arthritis.

I need some help for a friend of mine addicted to pramipexole
My friend ( my ex) has been on
pramipexole
for 6 years, going up pill by pill over the years. He is currently on 3 x 0.88 and still had bad sleep and other symptoms, he is a mess, I believe a huge factor in our relationship ending. Every day he is un rested and is easily triggered in conversations.

Augmenting
My mum has rls and has taken amitriptyline, then ropinirole, then gabapentin and then
pramipexole
. Each medicine she took for say 6 months and then she went through augmentation and Dr changed her meds.

Pramipexole side effects
I've been on 2 x 0.88
Pramipexole
for 6 months having spent all my adult life (I'm now almost 60) feeling tired during the day and very gradually getting RLS.

spacing out doses of pramipexole
Hello, I was wondering if you were to take
pramipexole
only 5 days a week, would that help with the "addiction effect"? Just curious if anyone has done that? Thanks

Weaning off pramipexerol
I really thought weaning off the
pramipexole
would be the hardest, but it seems these weeks after I'm through with the pills, are worse and then getting off the pill. I'm so si tired it seems all I do is walk.

I came of pramipexole too
Is been 2 years since coming of the
pramipexole
, I vowed then never to take a any pharma meds for my RR again, is still at times very difficult especially if I've done to much, which for me is not to difficult because I've got MS to contend with as well, I take an iron tablet in the morning, around 5pm

Positive on life after pramipexole!
Hi I’m now 6 weeks off
pramipexole
, my ferritin is 135 after upping my iron regime (which had slipped whilst I was on
pramipexole
) and I’ve been taking 100mg Gabapentin at bedtime.

Alcohol in liniment????
I'm starting to reduce the second tablet of
pramipexole
by a quarter every two weeks from now on and see how I go. If that's too much a jump, I'll take it slower. First night on lower dose tonight and I cannot believe this bout of legs is related. I only took the tablet half an hour ago. :)

Weaning off Pramipexole
Tomorrow night will be #14 and last
pramipexole
for me since i started weaning off last October. For me it's been one challenge after another. Not knowing what to expect each night. Some nights have been nothing short of torture.

Restless Legs moving up the body
My Neurologist who diagnosed me with RLS and Parkinson's disease had prescribed
Pramipexole
ER. The insurance company does not want to fill the script due to the cost. Anyone here have that problem? And if so, how did they solve it?

Stranger and stranger...Update from restlessstoz.
I will continue to decrease the
pramipexole
over time, though do it gradually and slowly- my GP thinks it a good idea regardless of how my legs are now. I would be happy to hear from anyone who has some ideas about this.

Any advice please
I have been taking
Pramipexole
for a few months now with little or no relief. Previous to this I was taking Pergolide which worked perfectly for many years however now it is unavailable so I'm having to try alternatives.

Update on Weaning off Pramipexole (Mirapex)
It's been 4 months since I wrote last. At that time I had reduced my original decade long dose of 1.5mg to .75mg over the course of several months taking it at .25 step. I am now at .5mg and have been for a while. As others have reported, venturing below .65 is when withdrawal symptoms really start
