LDN for RLS??
RLS is typically treated with D2/D3 agonists such as
pramipexole
or ropinirole. Thus, the researchers suggested that the LDN use would effective in RLS possibly due to facilitated sensitization of D2/3 agonists.”

Lexicon of Equivalent Patent and Generic RLS Medications?
Same for Mirapex and
pramipexole
which appear to be the same as "Sifrol." And, while updating my list of RLS medicines within the past month, I was surprised to find that two of the listed medicines (Klonopin and clonazepam) were, in fact, the same.

Which iron supplement is the best and what dose?
I am going to start cutting down my
pramipexole
- have a tablet cutter. So will half them and slowly reduced over 2 - 3 months. Will take oral iron therapy every other day/night. And will explore red vein krakom to help (Teddy J recommended) Am I on the right track? Any other advice?

Is it Primary RLS or Idiopathic Tramadol-induced RLS?
Over these past few weeks and months--and despite the discontinuance of
pramipexole
and the substantially reduced tramadol dose--my daytime RLS discomfort now is about the same as it had been while I was taking the greater tramadol dose (and
pramipexole
, supplemented with hydorcodone as needed for pain

Methadone + Pregabalin + Trazodone - So far so good
Hi everyone, just wanted to share a good story. Sorry for the telegraphic style, I'm just saving everyone's time. I'm 33, living in Canada. I guess I've had RLS my whole life, but it started affecting my sleep about 10 years ago. I'm very active (cycling everyday, rock climbing & calisthenics). No other

Getting off Pramipexole:
You advise using Gabipentin to get off
Pramipexole
. Ga bipentin makes me crazy . My doctor and my family warns me about Gabipetnin and what it did the last time I tried it. I would like to get off
Pramipexole
but Gabipentin is not the answer for me.

Restless legs syndrome ( RSL)
My current medication for this condition is
Pramipexole
, Amitriptyline, Codine. On reading the leaflets for each say they can make you sleepy, and I should take them 2-3 hours be2 bedtime. My problem is that I can have RSL anytime of the day, so what am I supposed to do?

Iron Levels
I am on a reduction program for
pramipexole
, and it’s going really well. I’m taking gentle iron every other night. I also have some codeine tablets and I take one at bedtime. However I had surgery about eight weeks ago. I had my second full iron panel blood test about four weeks ago.

Dopamine agonists
These include ropinirole,
pramipexole
and rotigotine." No mention in that answer of problems with augmentation and that Gabapentin/ Pregabalin is the preferred treatment now. Don't RLS-UK agree with the advice that's generally given in this forum?

Pramipexole to Buprenophine
Friends, Has anyone experience of going from
Pramipexole
directly to Buprenophine? If so: Did you have to be completely finished with the
Pramipexole
before commencing the Buprenophine?

Pramipexole to Gabapentin
Given I've been on
Pramipexole
for over 10 years, should I expect success from Gabapentin? I have managed to reduced my
Pramipexole
daily intake from 4 x 0.125mg to 1 x 0.125mg, but life is completely dire. As of today I haven't slept more than 6 hours in the last 72 hrs.

Neurologist appointment outcome
Just asked if I responded to
Pramipexole
in the past. I walked out with a prescription of Pregabalin 25 mg to take for 14 days, should this not be enough I have been given tablets of 50 mg for the next 14 days.

Dyskinesia with MP
I'm 39 on c/l 25/100 , I take two tablets in one day in divided doses by breaking the tab along with one
pramipexole
either 0.75 mg ER or 0.375 mg ER. My on time varies every day and the dose too. I thought it'd be worthwhile to try MP, I have got Now dopa mucuna 800 mg with 15% L- dopamine.
