I moved Home from out of state a few months back. I was in a bad relationship and wasn’t happy so came home to move in with my parents transitions are really tough for me. I want so badly to seek mental health support, but my ADHD and anxiety always get in the way I feel I am so unorganized. I’m behind

Nightmares
I suffer from nightmares likely due to PTSD. I am looking for feedback from individuals who have suffered frequent nightmares and have found an effective tool in managing the effects from them.

RSL - has anyone had severe side effects
hi all it’s me again regarding the horrible time my husband and I have went through due to the side affects of in our case pramixepole , or any other dopamine agonist which may have affected you. I am not looking to sue anyone although many many cases have been taken to court in the USA and Canada but

What's your experience of coming of steroids
So I have my rheumatology appointment next week so hopefully will get a better understanding of what's going on. In the meantime I am on mycophenalate and a weaning dose of prednisolone for eye inflammation, started with 800mg in December and am now on 2.5mg before stopping in 2 months time. However

Stress for me the lead contributor to AF - professional help to reduce.
I have no doubt that having vagally induced Lone Paroxysmal AF that stress was the major factor that triggered my AF - both directly re business, teenage child issues, loss of parents, domestics and also indirectly, as a result of stress, eating too quickly generally, sometimes junk food to mention

The lonely cycle
I've struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life but I spent most of my 20s using drugs and alcohol as a coping mechanism. I still have some substance abuse issues but the more I deal with those the more overwhelming the depression and anxiety is. I can't seem to keep my home clean or up on

Tips and Tricks for Panic Attacks
I’ve been through CBT, grounding, self visualization, etc. I know about rubber bands on my wrists to snap, 333, breathing exercises, sticking my face in ice water, aromatherapy. Are there other methods people are using to help get over active panic attacks? Just want to help each other. Thanks

Stormy weather but we get through.
With a certain reluctance i once again laid on a New Year's Eve party, my heart wasn't in it and wanting to be anywhere but in my home, will anyone turn up in the atrocious weather?. I cooked a ham, turkey and beef stroganoff, assortment of cheeses and various sweet concoctions. 30 were invited but

neurofeedback therapy?
I've just had an ad for neurofeedback pop up in Facebook feed. And there is a clinic in the city where I live. I am wondering if anyone has any direct experience with this... or maybe a friend who tried it.

any info please
My consultant has suggested I try Valproate or Levetiracetam for my RLS/PLMD. Has anybody tried either of these and had any success or otherwise?

I had to laugh at what I saw
I was on another forum where it was suggested that in order to get rid of your anxiety you should just not think about it....I can't help but not think about it.......this was my response yeah...about that....Work in a prison for 26 years.....don't worry about whether or not you will get assaulted

Driving anxiety
Does anyone have any tips for anxiety and panic attacks revolving around driving? I have been driving for years, and it has never scared me at all. I have previously diagnosed panic disorder, but driving has never brought on a panic attack. One day, a few months ago, I was driving on the highway to come

Anyone else have anhedonia?
Just joined and my first post. Feeling very lonely and listless. from online: Anhedonia is the lack of interest, enjoyment or pleasure from life's experiences. You may not want to spend time with others or do activities that previously made you happy A classic symptom of depression and I cannot shake

I’m trying out bupropion thinking helps with motivation and focus and taking lexapro which does help anxiety for sure but I know it’s hard to get off so was wondering would clonidine be as effective?

Stress and cortisol
Hi all. I have a question about how stress affects us with hypo. Do you think that a stressful situation can affect us quickly? If I get stressed a lot, soon after (within minutes) I feel extremely unwell; fatigued, nauseous, sleepy, achy, brain fog. I actually have to stop doing what I'm doing and try
