Covid Injection
Covid Injection. I wrote a while ago about the vaccine. I tried adding to it but it seems that the link no longer exists. When my husband , who is not a pep, had the vaccine. He reacted badly and has been quite ill. Blood tests indicate that at some stage he has had Covid. When I had my vaccine I

Running on my own post C25k
Well Thursday night was my first consolidation run since graduating. I was certainly in two minds whether to go out given the rain and the ridiculously strong winds, but with gritted teeth I decided to give it a go. I knew it was going to be a bit strange but didn’t realise just how much I’d actually

Neurofeedback for RLS?
A friend of mine who had some anxiety issues, among other things went to a psychotherapist who did Neuro feedback sessions. He did not want to take any psychotropic drugs to treat his problems. It consisted of mapping the brain's activity then correcting the imbalances with very tiny impulses of electricity

my life is a failure
I am sorry for this long and chaotic post. And for all the mistakes, I currently live in the UK but I'm from Germany, English isn't my first language. I grew up with drug and alcohol addicts, my childhood was really crappy and I've experienced a lot of abuse. Unfortunately, I never got any support

PTSD
This is going to be hard to tell. It happened long time ago and I thought that it was gone. I lost my mother in a car accident at age one, my father was an alcoholic. I was raised by my lovely grandmother and grandfather who lost 3 children in that car accident. Actually 5 people died that afternoon

Birthday Depression
The holidays and my birthday are the two times of year that I dread the most. I know it's because they remind me of how few people I have in my life, and how empty and useless I feel. Today is my birthday and I feel exhausted, drained from all the sadness, and like I just want to sleep for the next year

Where to get assessment?
Hello, I'm wondering, can ptsd be assessed/diagnosed/treated by a psychologist or does it need to be a psychiatrist?

What’s Wrong with Me
I am having a terrible time. It’s like all of my symptoms are dialed to 10. If something doesn’t go my way or the way I thought it would go, I get so mad. I cry and I want to scream and it’s a terrible feeling. I had to get rid of a bunch of my pajamas and sheets because they felt like sandpaper on my

Resistant to PEP?
Can you be resistant to PEP? I have been taking it a few times because I’m working as a nurse.

Can these medications change personality?
citalopram, vyvanse, wellbutrin, xanax Does anyone have experience or knowledge about medications changing personality and contributing to memory issues? My wife has been telling me how drastically out of character I have been for several months, and I don't seem to agree. Thanks!

I did it, i made the first step towards i hopeful future after waiting too long.
I've had depression for a real long time, longer than i initially though, there is a whole black spot of missing memories in my head due to something called PTSD i apparently now have, but because of it i dont remember most of my teenage years. It turns out i was on anxiety and depression medication

Depression and anxiety worse in the morning?
Why are depression and anxiety so much worse in the morning? As the day goes on I get a little ‘better’ though not much. The mornings are horrific and before my trauma I used to be up and out of the house looking forward to the day,..now I could literally stay in bed all day. My doctor just keeps

Polyhydramnios at 20 weeks?
Has anyone had this? I’ve never seen someone have this so early before. It’s normally a lot later on in pregnancy! We have a referral to Fetal medicine tomorrow and I’m worried
