One year old with viral wheeze
Our daughter is 23 months and has been in and out of hospital with Bronchiolitis and viral wheeze since she was 11 months - usually she needs a couple of nights on oxygen before she’s sent home, we’ve been blue lighted in once. She was in with pneumonia in early September, and has been ill again twice

Endo pain from weight lifting
I was diagnosed with endo in December 2020. During my laparoscopy, they inserted the mirena iud. My pain and bleeding has started to increase again and in particular, when I’m doing intense exercise (weight lifting, netball) it makes it significantly worse. All the advice I see is encouraging people

I don’t know if anyone here can help me…
I had to quit the

because it was costing me a lot for not helping me at all. I am also trying to figure out what I can do or wear to help at work. Has anyone had this problem??? I can’t find any info on the internet for this. I don’t even think it is a lupus problem? I don’t know…

Myofascial Release Therapy - anyone?
Hi. I’ve had full hysterectomy and endo removal 3 months ago. I’m still having the tightness down my left side and thigh. My amazing women’s health physio said it will be left over tension in the fascia from years of endo. Has anyone specifically had Myofascial Release therapy to help with leftover endo

Costochondritis treatment
Had a phone appointment with my gp yesterday , recent tests have ruled out cardiac causes so I have to do two weeks of peak flow tests as I get a very tight chest with increased heart rate walking uphill and send the results to her , she said it could be linked to my costochondritis . Has anyone had

Hello and Help!
Hi, I'm cheating here, as I'm from Australia, but the Lupus group hasn't minded so I hope you'll let me sneak a post in :) I hope everyone is doing as well as possible today. To cut a loooong story short, my kids and myself are very hypermobile (though haven't had a hEDS diagnosis), and I have SLE lupus

Advice please
I started on 15 mg of prednisone last week as PMR raised its ugly head. It got rid of terrible arm pain but knot in neck and stiffness is still a problem in my neck. I suspect this if overuse of right hand texting and using keyboard. I am going to set up appt. for physical therapy. I have surgery due

Pain from laproscopy months later
Hello... just wanted to come on here to get a little positivity from you all. Feeling really low of late... well even more than I usually would. Soooo I had my laproscopy to remove Endo in May 2021. From day one... I really struggled with sitting up as I had excruciating pain. After 8 weeks off
