Which is the best hospital in the West Midlands? Urgent!
On 9th January I received a letter saying I need a coronary angiogram with a view of re-
perfusion
(stent I guess). And nothing since. Does anyone know of a better hospital in the West Midlands please.

MRI Cardiac rest/stress perfusion
On the form it says Cardiac stress
perfusion
, then Cardiac rest
perfusion
. I get the general gist of what it is but has anyone had this and what does it entail? Thanks.

Stent pain or angina?
I've got to have a myocardial
perfusion
imaging and put on amlodipine 5mg ... could this not just be my stents settling in?

Clinical characteristics of enterovirus A71 neurological disease - autonomic etc
Children with EV-A71 disease were best differentiated from children with other enteroviruses by the neurological findings of myoclonus (quick, involuntary muscle jerks), ataxia (dizziness), weakness and autonomic instability (dysregulation of heart rate, blood pressure and
perfusion
).

Stress MRI
Have a cardiac
perfusion
MRI on Thurs, with a generous dollop of the playful adenosine to bring back some lovely memories of my heart attack. In the tube about an hour. I actually think I would prefer to be at work.

Myocardial Perfusion Stress Test NM Mps Tf Stress Gated - has anyone had one. Are you left well enough to drive home afterwards?
Just wanted to know if I will be in a fit state to drive myself the 30miles or so home after the test. I'd really appreciate hearing other peoples experiences.

Holter monitor
The monitors shown on internet images look quite formidable and I rather doubt whether in a month's time I would be able to tolerate wearing one I have had a lot of tests and procedures-ECG (many), tilt test, stress (pedalling) test, vein scan, angiogram, blood tests, height and weight, myocardial

New Imaging Technology May Help in Diagnosing Neuropsychiatric SLE, Study Suggests
All in the control group had “homogeneous and symmetric
perfusion
” in various brain areas, the researchers wrote. Essentially, there was no evidence of irregular blood flow in the non-SLE brains. All those with lupus (both SLE and NPSLE) had at least some irregular blood flow.

Costochondritis in Lupus
He had a normal ECG, a normal chest X-ray and a normal

Hi all. New here and looking for help/advice please.
Saw the cardiologist in June who said he would arrange for a nuclear
perfusion
scan which should be in 3 weeks. 2 months on and nothing has been done, not even had a letter for a future scan date. I've chased it via the medical secretary every week for the last 4 weeks.

7 Stents and counting!
Cardiac Stress
Perfusion
test... and following that test, I have been given an urgent referral appointment for further stents. My last Coronary angioplasty and stent insertion was back in October 2018, and worryingly I do have concerns about this additional procedure.

Is an MRI heart stress perfusion test likely to trigger an AF episode? Anybody had one whilst in sinus mode?
Might seem a silly question but got last minute jitters concerning a scheduled MRI heart stress
perfusion
test. I have been in sinus mode since being diagnosed with AF nearly six months ago.
