Laparoscopy healing
I've been prescribed diazepam for pain which I'm taking twice daily alongside,
paracetamol
and menfamic acid. Is this residual pain from surgery or the healing process still? I guess I was dreaming for even a few pain free months, even though realistically I knew it wouldn't happen ☹️

is this neuropathy?
Last week GP gave me 30mg codeine, taking with
paracetamol
but only slightly improved things. Pain is unpredictable, suddenly excruciating, shooting all around the usual site, right waist, but stabs into tummy and skin is v tender to touch. Looking on ROS site, it fits description of neuropathy.

Still flaring after increasing Pred ? what do I do next please?
I added
paracetamol
to the mix for 2 days which didn’t help so on the 18 July decided to up the pred dose. I tried what someone on the forum called a Pred burst which had helped her and only took 5 days.

Suspected flare - ? When to up the steroids
I’ve taken
paracetamol
but it only takes the edge off. I’m currently on a second week course of antibiotics for a UTI and have been having episodes of A.fib.

I'm struggling with pain from previous injuries (torn rotator cuff, lumbar back, sciatica)and PTSD diagnosed in 2020.My Hepatologist has said that I can take 2G of
paracetamol
in 24hrs. This does not sort the pain.

UTI and antibiotic/work advice with methotrexate & Bellimumab
Slight discomfort low down in pelvis and lower back which is manageable with hot water bottle and
paracetamol
. I work with children and was off recently though back one day after Covid. Really I’m looking for other’s experiences in deciding if to take antibiotics or not.

reaction to Spikevax XBB 1.5Moderna
I normally take prednisolone when I have a flare but feel it would be counter productive to what the vaccination is trying to do, so just taking
paracetamol
and riding it out. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first was 2 years ago following Moderna.

whiplash pain and interferon
It’s arrived with considerable pain ( like really severe toothache up left hand side of neck into head and shoulder blade and down arm) ibuprofen and
paracetamol
don’t touch the pain and I can’t take codeine ( it’s a histamine liberator) wondering if a nerve blocker like Pregabalin might help short

Pain Relief
I was coping with the help of steroid injections,
paracetamol
and Ibuprofen however steroid injections are now limited with less relief and it lasting less than a month. ( I pay privately as my steroid injection experience at my GPs left me never wanting to return) I am now on blood thinners so Ibuprofen

Vitamine C and a flare-up?
I take methotrexate weekly and use
paracetamol
often. I haven't really had many flare-ups although after my latest covid booster last year I certainly did.

I had my mum and husband with me; l know they were concerned about me as they hid the
paracetamol
and knives on top of the cupboards.

stopped Pred but pain & stiffness came in knees. GP says it isn’t PMR
GP insists it is OA and suggests ibuprofen or
paracetamol
orally for pain. Wants me off steroids sharpish. What do others think? Is knee and hand pain usual in PMR?

what kind of specialist do I need? Likely PRD after pelvic radiotherapy!
It’s constant and I’m taking naproxen and
paracetamol
daily. It’s getting worse and it’s accompanied by an awful shaky, weak feeling whereby my legs go to jelly and I feel very ill and have to lie down. This is also getting worse.
