Stopping bisoprolol immediately
The cardiologist has said if the 3 day monitor shows a low pulse without being on bisoprolol he will fit me with a
pacemaker
otherwise if its within range I will have to learn to live with the palpatations and erratic ectop beats etc.

Any advice
However, since they told me about the
pacemaker
etc., I've had a bout of ectopics but this time I feel them with either an ache/slight pain or a tingling across my upper back. I'm reluctant to have a
pacemaker
and tablets. Sorry for the long post.

Pacemaker
I was fitted with a
pacemaker
about 10 weeks ago. Ever since it's been fitted my pulse is unpredictable. My heart rate changes too. I've been back to the hospital nearly every week but they can't find anything wrong. The ECG the paramedics do shows you're is a problem.

Pace and Ablate - start of my journey
After having to change consultants and area, I now have a date to go in and have a
pacemaker
fitted - 10th March. Although I am understandably nervous about it I know after having two ablations that didn't work, it is the right thing for me to do.

Concerned I have another heart condition
I've already had 2 ablations and am terrified if I ever need a third since I've been told I'm more than likely to end up with a
pacemaker
and the thought of that freightens me. Should I be concerned about my new symptons? Does anyone have any tips on what to do when I feel my heart skipping beats?

My story. I had CKD 3 then Kidney failure went on dialysis over 5 years then a friend donated his kidney and I received a transplant 2020.
I developed a fib and had a slow heart rate to the point I had to have a
pacemaker
after my transplants I have had a lot of problems with taking the immunos and protect my kidney which putting me on strong iv antibiotics. And issues with healing are scary.
