Collapse then AF
He had a
pacemaker
in 2017 due to another collapse and found to have some heart block. A year later he had another and this is when we noticed the start of the memory loss. He has had a low HR for many years.

Persistant AF and non-connected surgical procedures.
I had a telephone pre-op 10 days ago and when I explained I had a
pacemaker
and was in AF the nurse said she was cancelling the procedure until after my AF review at the end of April. I'm at a loss to see what difference this will make as the rate of AF seems controlled by meds.

Holter 24hr query results
I have now been listed for a dual monitor
pacemaker
. When looking at the results the 7.13 seconds pause happened after I had taken the monitor off. I took it off at 9.15 in the morning but the 7.13 s standstill was at 10.45 that morning. This does not make sense.

Flecainide without Beta-Blocker
The big mystery for us is WHY the doctors are alarmed that flecainide is being used : and they either want to stop it ( after 35 years, that seems risky to us) or circumvent it by use of ablation or
pacemaker
? Hubby wants to carry on taking flecainide.

Hello Everyone I wrote a Post here last March as we were worried about the choices being offered to my Husband for the management of his PAF (anticoagulant,
pacemaker
, ablation).

medical alert bracelet
I had a
pacemaker
fitted three months ago. I don’t know whether to buy a medical alert bracelet or not. Would appreciate other peoples opinions. Are useful or a waste of money

The cardiologist said go back to 40 you have the
pacemaker
now. I don't want to feel tired all the time. Sorry for the moaning I know people have more difficulties but the last couple of years hasn't been great. Many thanks in advanced.

Why it’s a good idea to use your Kardia etc regularly
Dr Google tells me that the gold standard treatment is a
pacemaker
like CDreamer’s but I very much doubt that will be offered. So, don’t be obsessive but regular checks are good…..

Ventricular standstill and laxatives
I am having an echocardiogram and listed for a urgent
pacemaker
. Has anyone experienced heart pauses when on laxatives please. I am taking 5 docusate and 3 Laxido daily and see there is a connection between Laxatives and electrolyte imbalance and heart rates.

How People With PD Have Blunted Melatonin Levels And Some Of Its Effects In PwP As Well As A Suggestion To Help Deal With This Deficit
The underlying mechanism for blunted MTN response may be due to reduction for light exposure, impairment of retinal light transmission, degeneration of circadian
pacemaker
and dysautonomia.

Good News
The
pacemaker
was your
pacemaker
, except duo I believe, but the wiring was not only a new type of wiring called HIS pace, bundling, but it was the way he had to do it for me. Evidently my own wiring had nothing normal about it in both upper and lower chambers among other problems.

'Dentist
The hygienist asked if I had a
pacemaker
as the implement he was going to use to remove plaque stops them from working. Think it was ultra sonic? No I don't have a
pacemaker
so he went ahead and did the clean. However I do have ParoxAfb and have been feeling a bit light headed since I got home.

Pacemaker delay
A
pacemaker
appointment was then made for the 5th December, he has now just had a phone call to say that because he had the cardioversion he cannot have the
pacemaker
fitted. I got the impression it was something to do with the rivaroxaban. Has anyone had a similar experience.
