IGM Cardiolipin Positive, low vitamin D and fluctuating calcium levels (low normal PTH)
Hi folks, I have just been found to be positive for IGM Cardiolipin, but not for the other cardiolipin antibody, and I'm due to be re-tested in few weeks' time. I have also been identified as being vitamin D deficient. My last blood test showed by calcium levels to be within range, so I am now due

Sneezing but haven't come out with a cold. And now coughing like mad again. Ive been trying to get to sleep but finding it hard to full

So Far, So Good.
Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Xmas. I only joined this group recently after finding it in the net last week. Although it was sad to read how badly people were suffering, it was also a relief to read that I'm not crazy! My story is similar to most. I'm 34, and my RLS started when I was in my

Worst things people have said/what not to say to someone with a lung condition
1. "look, you're not breathing right…iiiiiin….ouuuuut…." I know I'm not breathing right, I'm having an attack! I can't breathe! 2. "take DEEP breaths!" Again, can't breathe, so... 3. "you're just panicking!" Yep, and that's why my lungs are silent, right? 4. "oh I get a cough sometimes too" Oh poor

Hello everyone, haven't been posting so much lately just focusing on trying to recover. Regardless I been working

Leg Spasms, Vitamin D-3, L-Tryptophan.
As I've posted before, I've been taking Benzodiazepines for nigh on 4 years now. At night, to stop my leg spasms. Usually Etizolam, Valium if needs be. Lately I've been taking a lot of Gabapentin and Lyrica. They stop spasms, but paradoxically in high doses they give me spasms. Lyrica, music sounds

Diabetes - possible causes and some suggestions for new diabetics fo reversal.
I have been given to understand by my doctors that diabetes can only be managed, not cured. But people who follow the LCHF diet and those who follow the starch diet have reversed the condition. Reversed means that whatever was there, is still ahead if we follow the same path. The sad thing is that MBBS

Vitamin D and Methylcobalamin B12
Hi, I have just been looking on amazon for Vitamin D3 5,000iu and Methylcobalamin B12 sublingual lozenges but so many came up from all different brand names and I don't want to buy the wrong one. What would be the best one to buy without extra unwanted ingredients?

Some months ago I shared my blood tests and also talked about my generalised anxiety. https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/132400326/help-interpreting-results Several weeks ago I had another blood test, and I’m posting my new results next to the old ones: TSH [0.34 - 5.6] 21.61 mlU/L ===

Iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin D
Hi, My results as shown in my previous post came out low for my Ferritin, Vitamin D and B12 although it was just the Vitamin D that was below range. The doctor gave me Ferrous fumarate 210mg (not to be taken close to my Levothyroxine) and I was advised to get Valupak vitamin D3 over the counter and

Could i have b12 deficiency ?
Hallo everyone. I am a 44 years old guy from Norway. Been seeking for some answers for a couple of years. After years of stress and high work pressure, i had what i would call, a breakdown 3 years ago. What i experienced in the last months up to this, was increasingly the feeling of needing to breath
