Ovulation and bleeding
Hey all I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago now. I started doing ovulation tests about 2 weeks ago and while I had an estrogen surge the last 10 days I only got a positive for ovulation yesterday. What I’ve noticed though is I’ve also started light spotting. Anyone else experience this?

So now im very nervous about what foods to eat because I was eating healthy foods when i could eat and symptoms went through the roof! Has anyone got experience of what low estrogen based healthy foods they are finding successful. I fear that i was eating too much soy when i tried vegan 😔

Gynecomastia and ADT?
When I asked my URO about using 10 mg Tamoxifen for gynecomastia....she said the following: All of the studies I could find on using tamoxifen were in patients on biclutamide. As far as I understand, the GNRH antagonists shouldn't cause the same shift in the estrogen levels which is what causes the

Thyme’s estrogen effect.
I got interested in thyme as a natural way to improve bone density but in researching thyme on Rx list I learned it can have an estrogen effect. That would mean breast cancer survivors like me should not take it. That would explain its effectiveness for bone density. Too bad for me; afraid to take it

Cancelled FET- delayed period??
Morning ladies I’m just looking for insights from your experience. I had my FET cancelled this month as my lining didn’t thicken enough. So I was on estrogen until about day 17 and then stopped. No progesterone. I’m now on day 36 and still haven’t had a period. I had a day of very light spotting

PBC and Bio-Identical hormones
Does anyone take bio identical hormones? What is the relationship of estrogen and PBC. Is it ok to take them if you have PBC?

Acupuncture?
I'm new to this group, so this might have been discussed already, but has anyone tried acupuncture for RLS? With this miserable malady, I have tried just about every natural remedy out there, but not that. Several of the natural renedies help, but not permanently. Ive been on 2 mg of ropinirol for 5

Different results with two blood tests anyone?
I was told by my GP I tested positive for Scleroderma and just saw a Rheumatologist last month. Of course she wanted to run her own tests because she swears that most of the first tests have false positives. Monday I got the results from her tests and they showed negative for Scleroderma and positive

FET cycle to start Monday
Cycle started today so I’m booked in the hospital for Monday to collect my oestrogen tablets and to go through our first Frozen Transfer 😬. I’m super nervous but super excited at the same time! If my timings are right they could potentially pop the embryo back in on Christmas Eve 🥰.
