Nicorette Quickmist, bad side effects
Hi, I quite smoking over 1 year ago and I've been on
Nicorette
Quickmist ever since. Now, I think it is doing harm. My stomach and colon have been badly upset for around 2 months now, and there is no reason, so I've come to think
Nicorette
Quickmist is the culprit.

Hello out there!
I have
nicorette
inhilator but I haven't been using them lately. I haven't been buying tobacco since the end of February. I usually smoked rollies with filter-tips. I was going to rush to the shop before and then I thought having a smoke would probably make me feel sick now anyway.

On my 5th day fag free and feeling low is this normal?
I am using
Nicorette
invisi patches. I haven't had a lot of cravings. Probably because I am keeping my mind busy but today I feel really down in the dumps. Any thoughts?

smokers come from. if they are vaping instead of smoming can only be a good thing. i am not promoting vaping for teenagers but i am saying that i would prefer that to the alternative of a lifetime of smoking ciggerettes. and restricting it on the grounds it has nicotine in it. then why are all other

By the way... No, not on a mission but, probably should be, given what's gone before... However,
Nicorette
gum (5 a day: now a sore on the tip of my tongue). So, gave in to an e.cig. Yes, finally. Viewing it as interim. Would be really grateful for some information on that which, frankly, is what this site should be about. Not dealing with bullies. Health matters, eh.

I quit smoking just over a year ago using
Nicorette
quick mist spray. I smoked for 20years so was delighted at how the NRT worked for me, as i have tried everything else and failed.

FIRST TIME POSTER
Nicorette
Quickmist. Previously I have tried patches, they made me feel like I was missing something, didn't really help at all. Chewing gum, made me think about smoking all the time I was chewing.

Long-term Nicorette use and Raynaud's?
I also gave up
Nicorette
and continue to hope that will also prevent any more sores. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

Inflamed and itchy skin when using patches.
Last week a quit smoking advisor started me on
Nicorette
25mg patches. I have tried them on my chest and tops of feet. No matter where they are placed, my skin underneath gets inflamed (looks like sunburn) and starts itching. Does anyone else have this problem?

Simple Monitoring Tool (for Excel)
To help control cravings I am using
Nicorette
mouth spray. Not wishing this to become an ever more habit I am monitoring use with a simple Excel spreadsheet.
