Welcome to the all new Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Community!
Just wanted to say a quick hello - I have set up this community to help anyone and everyone who has M.E and also anyone who has CFS. I am well aware of the differences, but as we know here in the UK most doctors are not, and anyone diagnosed with CFS or with ME could have either condition. So this is

Tesco Cool Tortilla Chips - incorrectly labelled?
Has anyone experienced adverse symptoms from eating these chips? Having checked the ingredients list before purchasing, I ate a large handful of these at the weekend. I have been really poorly since and there is just no other thing it could have been. On checking the Tesco website ingredients list

All in the mind? Why critics are wrong to deny the existence of chronic fatigue.
As
Myalgic
Encephalomyelitis
(ME) often overlaps with Fibromyalgia (FMS), I thought those afflicted may find it useful to educate family members and others who refuse to acknowledge this condition exists. http://goo.gl/Bmkd7

Miaxial...anyone used it?
Hi all, has anyone heard of/used Miaxial for fibro. It was advertised in an independant health shop and is targeted at those with fibro, as per window poster, he said those who have used it have had good results. (but then he would say that!!) "It's a suppliment to target muscoskeletal health, fatigue

newly diagnosed and suffering from the dreaded cold!
Unfortunately I have been advised against the Flu jab as I have another medical condition called ME (
Myalgic
Encephalomyelitis
) which can react badly to the jab. So I guess I'm wondering if anyone has any pearls of wisdom on how to deal with the dreaded cold/cough scenario?

My Story (This is just the start) !!!........
So now in 2009 I am diagnosed with M.E
myalgic
encephalomyelitis
i WAS DEVASTATED. But until I started to research this found that I started to think I had been misdiagnosed once again. I was put on a waiting list to see a specialist for M.E who then diagnosed me with thyroid disorder.

Sharing the experience!
Being only 25 and suffering with Fibromyalgia for the last 4 years sometimes i feel my life has been cut short. I used to love going out drinking with friends and going to gigs and rock festivals. I lost count of how many times iv had to sleep at train stations in the cold after missing the last train
