8th transfer - meds
So... on day 2 of my cycle. Have been given the go ahead to start my estradiol tablets today. Previous transfers I keep having implantation failure or miscarriages. Someone mentioned it could be that progesterone is too low in my body. Doc has given permission to double up on cyclogest pessaries when

FIRST FET : What do I need to know?
Hi all- so after months of ‘we’re too full to fit you in’ I got the shock news yesterday that we can have our FET this month. It’s caught me off guard tbh! I’m due to collect my meds on Wednesday and start taking them on Friday! However, my consultation was so long ago and I can’t find my notes 🤦🏼

Covid 19 and vitamins - preliminary results of observational study
“We found that
multivitamins
, vitamin D, omega 3, and probiotic supplements all modestly helped protect women, but we didn’t see the same consistent protective effect for men. That was a surprising result,” says Cristina.

Sublinical Hypothyroidism?
I now take a supplement which is about 150mcg as part of
multivitamins
, but I suspect that this is only enough to sustain my current levels and not increase my iodine levels.

Pregnacare delaying periods
So I’ve seen a lot of women say that pregnacare pre-conception has extended their cycle. I myself have also found that too, all though this month my cycle hasn’t been as late. This is month 3 of being on them, so I continue with them or switch to folic acid supplement instead?

My story. Need some advide
I tried
multivitamins
but for some reason they make me feel really sick (and I can't focus at all). I tried folate/folic acid but when I take it I feel like fainting the whole day. For my digestion I tried betaine-hcl but my stomach really hurts after taking it.

Getting pregnant at 37 with hypothyroidism-any help and experiences?
Hi ladies, I am 37 and started trying for my third child 8 months ago with no luck. My periods are regular and my other pregnancies happened within 2 months each time. I know that I have been very lucky in that regard and the fact that the third one is taking longer isn’t unusual. Two months ago I was

Ok to supplement with small amount of iron if not anemic?
I'm wondering if I could at least take 5mg of iron supplement each day -- the amount that's in many daily women's
multivitamins
? Not long-term; just to get on my feet. Does that sound reasonable? Or do you advise against it?

What are you taking? I've been taking Centrum (from Costco) but I'm not sure if it's suitable for CKD. Any idea? Thanks.

New Hypothyroid Diagnosis
I was told to try and control it with vitamins. i have since started taking
multivitamins
as well as sea kelp. after the diet stopped, i had lost 3.5 stones which was good, not sure if this would effect my thyroid function? was on little to no sugar / salt.

Successful treatment of RLS
I want to share my story, because I have had success in treating RLS, and I am hoping, that the supplements I am taking, also can help others. RLS started for me about 10 years ago - I am 50 now - and it was getting worse and worse to a point where I almost did not get any sleep. I read a book called

How long does it take to correct macrocytosis?
I was first presumed to have PA in February 2020. I say presumed, as I have had very fractured testing and follow-ups due to the pandemic (I am in the USA). For example, I never had my loading doses, but I am prescribed to self-inject 3x per month since July. Comparing my blood tests from August with

I finally bought me some
multivitamins
and have started taking them because I don’t hardly eat fruit and vegetables. I started drinking veggie juice recently though. I really hope the bloodwork results are ready today. I will be really happy if they are!!

When should I be taking these vitamins and tablets?
Hi I’m currently pregnant and taking more tablets than normal so wondered if anyone had any advice on when I should be taking the following? Levothyroxine - I take it as soon as I wake in the morning then wait an hour at least before eating or drinking tea. Iron - twice daily - I take it around midday

Egg retrieval DONE (Hooray!) supplement query...
So I had my egg retrieval today (27 eggs!) but they have said I’m high risk for developing OHSS. Therefore the plan is to freeze all embryos and go for a FET in January. My question is... do I need to continue taking all the supplements? I currently take Pregnacare pre-conception, COQ10 and DHA. I plan
