Faslodex/Ibrance combo
Hi All: Got bad news yesterday. I have MBC. Breast wounds are cancer related not from radiation. They will never heal. Waiting to see a surgeon if anything can be done. Also, after my start on Ibrance, immune lowered to 1.3. Have to wait a week to see if it goes up before I can start again. Still

Xgeva dosage regimen?
I have been on this drug for several months, as I have
metastasis
to the pelvic bone. Is anyone else taking Xgeva on a other than a 4 week treatment cycle? Has anyone experienced side effects from Xgeva, and was it significant enough that you had to stop taking it?

Lung nodules
It must be unusual for the first
metastasis
to be lungs, but that appears to be what has happened. PSA is 2.1 now and next week a scheduled appt to discuss treatment options. I have little to offer others in experiences or advice but would love to know what might ahead for treatment.

Good news, I think
This is where malignancy (prostate cancer
metastasis
) was detected in 1/11/19 MRI and 2/11/19 bone scan: "Treated appearance of the C6 and C7 vertebral bodies and pedicles with improved marrow signal and slightly decreased left paraspinal soft tissue component. No new lesion.

Leaving for Germany for LU-177 treatment
One hospital responded with recommendation for chemotherapy in early stage as my husband has soft tissue
metastasis
in 4 spots (3 pelvic and one mediastinal). His PSA is 5.6 at this time and PSMA expression is good. We think we can pushm chemo and try Lutetium first.

Fullerene compounds will help in the fight against lung cancer.
This tumor type is difficult to treat because of aggressive
metastasis
(spreading into other organs and tissues), frequent relapses (recurrence of the disease) and resistance to the standard anti-tumor drugs. https://www.skoltech.ru/en/2019/10/fullerene-compounds-will-help-in-the-fight-against-lung-cancer

Faslodex side effects
Hi has anyone on Faslodex Verzinio and xgeva had numbness tingling and pain in their back on one side? I have that and it is extremely uncomfortable even to the touch. Trying to get doctors to figure out what it is and not getting any real answers. My thought now is maybe itโs the Faslodex. I would appreciate

SABR for lung and mediastinal nodes, anyone had this done?
Hello. Has anyone undergone SABR for lung and mediastinal nodules? I remember one lady in this group saying that this was standard procedure in Italy (if I remember correctly.) It has been suggested by my oncologist that I undergo the procedure so I could continue with Ibrance and Faslodex for much

Is it ok to get eyes dilated while on Ibrance and Faslodex
Hello all I'm on monthly Faslodex and on my second month of Ibrance. I have my annual eye exam on Tuesday -- I had retinal detachment twice in the same eye 10 years ago. I've had no eye problems in 8 years so these annual visits are check ups. Is it ok to get my eyes dilated? I'll call or email my Oncologist
