How can you remain hopeful? How can you not lose sight of you? How can you not let this define you?
I read articles, try
meditation
and generally feel i am quite self aware and yet there is something in my heart, its something i can not comprehend or voice but its a void... How can you stay hopeful when every time you period comes it just reminds you of how far you have to go...

First run after fledging (or W10R1)
I know a thing or two about
meditation
(being a budding Contemplative) so I was expecting mindfulness but instead I got a couple of blokes wittering on at each other about Mr Headspace's business. Hmmm.

Resources for anxiety after BFP
Also I’m familiar with the
meditation
apps but wondering if there is anything tailored and specific to those in early pregnancy. Thank you so much in advance.

You Are a Place-A Meditation Poem I Wrote A Few Years Ago-When Stressed or Anxious, go HERE!
YOU ARE.....A PLACE OF PEACE, WHERE THERE ARE LUSH ROLLING HILLS, DAZZLING FRUIT ON STRONG TREES, GOLD STREETS AND CRYSTAL SEAS; COLORS BRIGHTER THAN ANY EVER SEEN, SOUNDS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVER HEARD, AND LUMINOUS BEINGS; FAMOUS STRUCTURES THAT PARALLEL THOSE OF EARTH, VAST LIBRARIES OF KNOWLEDGE

What do you take for anxiety and does Metropolol help?
I exercise as much as I am able and have tried various relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindful
meditation
(not to mention Netflix :) ) but so far not completely doing the trick. Concern is not only feeling anxious but that anxiety could be an afib trigger. Bad cycle. Jim

Anyone else have no issues with periods? (fatigue, back pain, high iron)
I lead a healthy lifestyle and have tried everything that is supposed to help (diet,
meditation
, yoga, physio, acupuncture, chiropractor, rest) which does to a certain extent but I'm still only living half a life. My periods are, I would say, fairly 'normal'.

Is anyone practicing Yoga?
I've practiced walking and sitting
meditation
most days since college; about thirty years. But now, I feel I need something else; something different without going extreme. I thought yoga might be helpful for flexibility, strength support and stress reduction.

Here are several solution oriented practices I have in my arsenal:
Meditation
, Tai Chi, Restorative Yoga, writing, and a wonderful therapist that takes good care of herself, finally a supportive family.

What exactly is this??
He says that it's 'common' in people with AF, that he sees it all the time and that I have three options; live with it, try to conquer it on my own through
meditation
, mindfulness and yoga, or take beta blockers which will in all likeliness cause side effects that will lead to more medication.

Online therapy
I have been doing yoga,
meditation
and exercise in between also using chamomile tea which is great when I am having problems sleeping or feeling anxious and need to relax both mind and body. Some days I feel good and some days I get anxious and nervous for no reason with panic attacks.

Reiki Healing as a complimentary aid
There had been two of us at a
meditation
group when she became overwhelmed by her stress and was having a panic attack. We offered to help and were successful. Reiki can help you in so many ways and is a gentle method that works alongside
meditation
and medication.

Can anyone recommend a Mindfulness or Meditation on YouTube please.
Hi All, I am suffering with terrible muscle tension and want to try some relaxation or something, but it is a mine field of options on the net. I need something to relax my body and something to quiet my mind from thinking about my symptoms all the time. Thanks in advance
