I did a cystectomy due to persistend bladder pain and the urologist said they found nothing then reffered me to a gynae witch did cone biops
but the pain is still worse with some mucus n piece of tissue from the urine. What can i do cause antibiotics don't help but make me worse. The cone biopsy was because of cin2 and hpv.

Hi I have et and am on interferon a. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a right breast Mastectomy and a week later had a tia which is
thought to be caused by my blood becoming sticky during op, cancer was found in the sentel node that was removed but I can't have another op due to it being considered to risky and the only option is radiotherapy but I'm worried how this will react with my medication and about having radiotheapy. has

Suggestions for Exercise?
I am getting so frustrated because I feel that I can't do any exercise. Like others, walking on the flat is usually OK, inclines however are not possible. I have developed both postural hypotension and postural vertigo now which, again makes it difficult to walk even. The nausea is bad with the vertigo

I have a painful ganglion on the inside wrist of my lymphedema hand. (I have lymphedema on both arms following a double mastectomy)
Should I still be doing massage? How is a ganglion treated? Should I be wearing my sleeves? My GP is extremely unhelpful - said I am making a fuss of nothing. My lymphedema therapist does not know how to advise me.

Ganglion possibly on my affected arm. Do I need any treatment?
(I have lymphedema on both arms following a double
mastectomy
) I have been to 2 doctors. One said it was a ganglion the other, part of my lymphedema. I was told I am wasting NHS money when I asked for a scan! It is quite painful. Any suggestions as to what I should do next?

Laparoscopy Preparation and Packing List:
Due to endometriosis and ovarian cysts I had a laparoscopy and bilateral ovarian cystectomy in June in preparation for IVF. I was petrified and had put the operation off for months in the hope that I would get pregnant and then not have to deal with going into hospital and have someone play with my ovaries

Psychological effects of mastectomy
If anyone out there has had a
mastectomy
, I would be grateful for any advice re how you came to terms with the loss - of part of you, self image, fear of appearance afterwards, even with reconstruction. It feels so daunting & I don't know how to cope. I have 4 weeks before the op

How to cope with my mom's treatment? .
She was given an option for lumpectomy and
mastectomy
. She chose the first one for obvious reasons. The doctor has started chemo. They have installed a port on her for chemo. She was unable to eat anything for first three days of chemo. Now she is eating but in small quantities.
