This time a

I can’t it up after vasectomy
I am disappointed after vasectomy, I seem to suffer from sexual dysfunction. Its been 4 months since I had vasectomy I have not had real sex, I am embarrassed, disappointed and feel hopeless in that I can’t satisfy my wife anymore, what should I do?

Prepectoral, immediate, direct to implant surgery
Hello, Has anyone had this type of
mastectomy
and immediate above the muscle reconstruction? I live in a small town in North Carolina and I am finding it hard to find a surgeon/patients who have had experience with this procedure. Thank you very much.

Refusing Chemo
Going for a
mastectomy
in a couple weeks. They want me to have chemo along with herceptin and perjeta which kills off the her2 protein. I absolutely refuse to have chemo but I will have the herceptin and perjeta infusions.

I had a
mastectomy
, chemo, and five years each of Tamoxifen and Femara. Everything was fine until February 2018, when a biopsy of my underarm lymph nodes confirmed the recurrence and spread on the same side as before.

Reconstruction after implant infection.
I had surgery in July for a left breast reduction and right breast
mastectomy
with an implant. The surgeons performed lymph nodes and nipple biopsy to test to see if the cancer had spread and I was relieved to hear that it was all clear.

New French study. Nalakrats will get a kick out of this one. "Our objective was to assess the concentration levels of sex steroids in prostatic tissue and serum, in two cohorts of patients with localized PCa or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)." "The levels of Total Testosterone (TT), Di-Hydro-Testosterone

After the waiting period following scans and more biopsies I’m having a radical
mastectomy
on Monday . The consultant said the scan showed no spinal involvement but there are two separate types of tumour in the rt breast .

Hi I’m new 😁
I had a double
mastectomy
in August and was told that was all I would need. However on removal of my breast tissue they found another lump at grade 3. I have now been told that that is triple negative and I am having to start chemotherapy and radiotherapy which I’m really nervous about.

N. E. D. on Ibrance
I had cancer 12 years ago,, had a double
mastectomy
, removed the sential node. In October of 2017 I found a pea-sized lump under my right arm. Biopsy showed breast cancer had returned. Scan showed breast cancer in my liver, metastatic. My oncologist started me on ibrance and letrozole.

Finally an improvement.
It is now over 8 years since I had a total Gastrectomy and finally I'm enjoying my food with no ill effects. Gone is the dumping syndrome, reflux etc. Now I'm concentrating on regaining lost weight. My early morning breakfast consists of a half can of baked beans washed down with a cup of coffee. I'm

I am new
My treatment started in July with chemotherapy for 6-7 sessions, every three weeks then follows with surgery,
mastectomy
and then medication for 10+ years after. I am proud of myself up to now as never thought I could deal with any of this.

I got lymphedema in my left arm 12 years ago following a double
mastectomy
post Inflammatory Breast Cancer. I have had cellulitis several times and my GP used to give me anti-biotics if I was going away. However my new GP won't - says see a Dr when overseas. Not always possible!

NHS won't replace my implants!
Although 71 years old, I still feel that looking good (and complete) is good for my morale especially as I had nearly a year after the
mastectomy
with an external prosthesis. Please re-post where necessary.
