Advice on RLS as a reaction to medication?
I’ve been managing this and resulting insomnia with sleeping medication, hot baths, compression socks, tens/
massage
tools etc. I’ve started taking additional magnesium as well. Apparently my ferritin levels are fine according to a recent blood test.

Constant Pain
I have various gadgets,
massage
cushions, TENS machines, foam rollers, hot water bottles - you name it. They may give some relief but only in the short term.

Good hair day
I'm giving the scalp a gentle
massage
every day. I'm beginning to think the impact of poorer circulation due to persistent Afib was a factor as much as anticoagulants. 2. I'm not washing my hair more than twice a week and only using the dryer on a low heat. 3.

Scrotal skin after circumcision
When I say itch, the kind that drives you mad and when you touch it with anything (finger, towel etc), your brain forces you to scratch and
massage
. This causes the skin to go red and if really bad, weep as well.

Vent- Fed up roll on tomorrow.
Roll on 10pm, pills, hot shower,
massage
chair and hopefully sleep. (If I fall asleep on the
massage
chair I'm bloody staying there, I'm not setting an alarm to wake me up just so I can move to bed and suddenly be wide awake.) Tomorrow has to be better right? Sorry for the vent.

Burning pain to side of scapular post several breast ops - anyone have this too?
I have a lot of lumps and spasmed areas anyway, all over my body due to connective tissue disease, sjogrens, inflammatory arthritis etc, so am having a lot of
massage
and acupuncture but this really isn't helping, neither has increase in codeine, on top of my usual paracetamol and pregabalin.

Pidendal nerve entrapment Thai massage?
Does anyone know if thai
massage
would help relieve the pain? Suffered for 7 years now and really struggling lately with the pain. My problem is sitting down. I have tried every kind of specialist cushion but none seem to help. Is there anything out there I've not heard of? Thank you

Prostrap & dry eye
In having to cleanse my eyelids, hot flannel
massage
, eye rinse, and drops and then eyelid cream multiple times a day and it’s really getting me down. People are noticing and commenting and the symptoms are barely improving with all the eye care and drops I’ve been doing for weeks.

Anyone had back (muscle) spasms? Is it linked to PMR?
the GP but could only get to see a paramedic and asked for Methocarbamol which is helping a bit but would have been more use in the early stages) - rapid shallow breathing can help loosen up mucles, as can very gentle forward and side stretches and 'breathing into the painful areas - physiotherapy

Tanta Anna please help me with suggestions
I went to a Chiropractor and orthopedic
massage
which helped with muscles in the neck. but as soon as I get this flush feeling and the spikes its right back tightened. I am doing the breathing, meditation and thinking of acupuncture and other relaxation but the fact remains I feel terrible.

Have you been neglecting your soleus?
Maybe stretch a bit more, use that lovely
massage
gun or do a bit of targeted strengthening before I take out my legs again for a full 8k spin of a run? The achiness is at a point on my leg I couldn’t quite identify until now. Below the calves, above the ankle.

Coming back strong…🏃♀️💪🏃♀️
He was so pleased with me that he didn’t even need to do any sports
massage
(the best reward I could have imagined!). Instead, most of the time was spent in the gym and chatting about what’s next. Some slightly adapted physio exercises for progression. Lots of core stability work.

Random ADHD Things
I spent 10 years as a
massage
therapist who always finished their sessions 10 minutes too early before I figured out I had ADHD. I try to be the quickest at everything. I walk quickly, talk quickly, type quickly. It's definitely a sign of impulsivity.
