Thyroid eye disease
They've given me drops and a heated eye mask to use and
massage
eyes twice a day. But eyes still very dry and irritated and don't see any noticeable improvement yet. Anyone else found any solutions??

My first goal
Another goal isme and my friend want to treat ourselves to a
massage
but I couldn't get my body out looking like it does 🤢. So we have given ourselves till end of July to loose abit of weight. I really need to shift 4 stone. Which I know I won't loose by July but even half would be great.

Bell's palsy - synkinesis - live in Norway, need advice and treatments in the UK
The doctors in Norway don't reccomand any physio/electro/
massage
/acupuncture treatments, There is no competent medical persons educated to treat Bell's palsy in Norway, there are just surgeons. So my daughter can not get any help here except surgery.

In so much pain. Chest...arm ugh
My gp gave me a number for a chiropractor and
massage
therapist. But i almost feel like it's a waste of time just like every thing else I've done. Its hard bc I used to be a very active person.. i rode horses all my life.. gymnastics... weight lifting... running.

Shoulder pain
I have a
massage
once a week and that helps, a lot. I also go the gym 3 x a week to do my fast walking on the treadmill plus some of the weight machines. It seems that the exercise takes away any relief I get from the
massage
. I'm in a pickle!! Any thoughts??

What about lymphatic
massage
? It's all so overwhelming and I don't know where to go from here. No one else really gets what I'm going through and I feel like people think I'm fine and should just cut calories and exercise more if I really want results.

Do you know how to tell?
Basically I think it will be a matter of
massage
. Can I handle it or does it still cause pain. Today I rubbed my thighs not too deep but there was still pain. How many of you have this muscle pain? I have no muscle pain with movement or excercise just with
massage

Didn't manage to get out for my Friday run, but back on track now (hopefully)
Wednesday I'm going to stick to the W2 3x15 min runs with 1 min walk in between - have a sports
massage
booked for the afternoon so need to get over my dislike of running in the morning. Which reminds me, driving to the airport on Thursday at 6.30a.m.

Good to hear worries expressed by others
I also had a
massage
on my 4 day which left me feeling worse, the therapist explained this can happen sometimes as it would have shifted the hydroxy around my body making me feel unwell, I've never had that happen before. Some days the heat and any form of exertion gets to me.

Physio deep tissue massage
I'm now wondering whether message is a good idea on warfarin and if anyone else has had any problems with sports/Physio
massage
. I have a consultant appointment next week so will raise it then but any real life experience would be much appreciated.

It's been a journey
Heat,
massage
and chiropractic help but expensive and temporary. Low dose naltrexone worked for a bit and then stopped helping. Saddest part? My 21 year old son just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. That makes me so sad. But it's also renewed my desire for more information.
