I came across a article about the benefits of a castor oil
massage
to the neck or a castor oil pack yo the neck for one hour, apparently its meant to reduce swelling and nodules can be dissolved??

Anesthetic anxiety
I saw my GP, several counselors, a psychiatric, a holistic MD, tried several antidepressants and anti anxiety meds, tried
massage
, acupuncture, meditation, etc, etc. I had a constant feeling of terror even though I was medically fine and had a great life.

Lump under skin following circumcision 10 days PO (Pic)
but otherwise manageable, I was having a salt bath this morning & noticed a firm lump, it's about the size of a large pea, just below the cut line on the top left side (my knob is twisted around in the pic to get a better angle so it's the lower swelling, it's been there for a several days as i would

Looking For Belly Massage Instructions From the Christie
I'm wondering if any of you know the 5-minute belly
massage
instructions that you can get from the Christie? I saw it mentioned in their booklet "Your Guide to Coping with bowel Obstructions." If anyone could share, I'd appreciate knowing how to do this! Thanks so much.

Calf leg cramps?
I would love to
massage
it out, but I cant let anyone touch it at this point. Anyone have any quick cures? Bananas aren't working either.

This is it! Week 9! 1 down, 2 to go!
Nursing a bit of a niggle with the soleus but sports
massage
guy is looking after it for me and doing plenty of stretching to keep it from going from niggle to injury. And unfortunately, had to slow the pace from 7 minutes to 8.5 minutes.

15 days post op ........... the journey starts here
It was painful and she kept apologising but I told her to carry on as this needed sorting I’d got to the stage where I didn’t care any longer this had to come out . 30 minutes of
massage
of the rectum and she wanted me to start pushing oh my god I was pushing she was massaging and it eventually happened

So, the lovely physio said....
This morning I've had some
massage
, ultrasound and, as you can see, she's taped up the tendon. I've got some strengthening exercises to do and the good news is that she says I can go for a short run on Saturday.

Holby Sh*tty - Episode 4 a.k.a. Connard's demise followed by Rocky's Horror Show
Said a few choice words to Rocky and gave him a good
massage
. He rewarded me with a gurgle and pain. More jollop arrived with questions about my bowel during the night. Nothing to tell. Did I want morphine for the pain? No, I don't thanks. They must have over ordered.

Great, simple exercises for your feet
v=y6ex3QWdg_c It feels really good if you do the exercise with a spiky
massage
ball. I personally like exercises that I can do anywhere, anytime including when I sit at my desk working. And it always feels better when I stay connected with my body.

Does anyone here has done this therapy before?
She suggested me to go for( http://www.physiomobility.com/relaxation-massage.html) this relaxation
massage
therapy which reduces stress and increases blood pressure. Does anyone here has done this therapy before? If yes please share your experience.

Ermmm what do I do now???
After my Thai
massage
reward and 1 week off consolidating I feel absolutely lost!!?!? I didn’t know what to do so I did my first 30min non stop on a cross trainer at the gym. I covered 5k in 35min - surely that not same as running??? Felt easier though.
