My RLS is 99% better and I've been able to nearly stop my Gabapentin
I wanted to share this
massage
experience with you. I am not going to name the brand, because I am here to advertise a product.. but it is a "percussion"-type massager. :) I hope this can work for anyone reading tis.

Holidays and Kidney Failure
Self
massage
to lower blood pressure around heart and kidneys, and clean eating. it has been interesting to learn how to treat my pain from a chinese medicine perspective. Also taking phos binders within 30 min of every meal helped me maintain my energy.

For example this might be going for a
massage
, practicing mindfulness, yoga, going for a nature walk or just making time to be still and in the moment. π Try something new.... this could be anything.... but go out of your comfort zone to do something that you might not have before.

How do I masturbate after circumcision?
I have noticed many circumcised people tend to
massage
up and down the full length of their penis, but because my circumcision is fairly loose the loose skin tends to get in the way. Can anyone give me any advice on this?

Shoulder pain
I went for a
massage
as I suffer form general pain due to my M.E, and when she was massaging my left shoulder blade and general left shoulder area the pain was excruciating. However the right side was totally fine.

βTheraworxβ (magnesium sulfate) vs Magnesium Oil (magnesium chloride)
Massage
that in, then re-apply the same amount and
massage
in again, and let dry. First night I did not get up to use the bathroom. No fasciculations, no cramping in legs/feet. Slept till 4 a.m. Night #2: No fasciculations when going to sleep.

She even did some cranial
massage
and got rid of the headache Iβd had for two days. I wish Iβd thought to go to her sooner instead of getting to the point where I could hardly stand up and walk. I just kept thinking I hadnβt fallen so it must be just a strain or over stretch.

Stopping Braftovi Mektovi targeted medications
I'm haphazard in getting to a monthly mental health session with a
massage
, but I know it's there, even if I cry through the whole hour. We probably cry a little bit each day, but it is a sad time, so I think this is realistic.

Ongoing hamstring tightness / strain
I'm sure with stretches and
massage
it will ease up during this week as that's what happened last week. And does this sound like I've had a strained hamstring or is this just an issue with tightness? Sorry for the long post It's just this is driving me crazy!

Blood pressure shenanigans
I've just started a weekly Thai
massage
that seemed to bring it down. 140/91 and taking chorella each day as there is some evidence of reducing high BP. Has anyone else tried a natural remedy that works?
