In focus: lymphoedema - introduction and finding a therapist
Lymphoedema can be managed by techniques including compression of the affected area to reduce fluid buildup,
massage
and gentle exercise and stretching to help the fluid to circulate. Your lymphoedema specialist will be able to show you how to do these yourself in between clinic appointments.

How do you deal with RLS?
I’ve tried bathing,
massage
, walking, cold packs, etc. If anyone had advice as to how they deal with RLS, I’d love to hear it. Thanks, Nancy

End of the road 2
I did a course of accupuncture/
massage
/reflexology - I felt the benefits for about 30 mins after the session ended but that was about it apart from helping me go to the loo more regularly. I've been very weak and breathless for the last few weeks and am finding life to be a struggle.

Post Concussion
I have been recommended to do an intensive treatment of psychotherapy, personal training, neuro physio, pilates,
massage
and I am exhausted from the regime. It is too much for me. I am hoping to find people who have suffered similarly and who can give me some support and encouragement.

Groin pain gone
Neuromuscular
massage
for two years was a great relief. Meditation and yoga helped tremendously. Went to a therapist that practices Structual Integration. At the end of session, he did a procedure and we both heard a loud pop. My pubis symphosis(sic) had been dislocated.

Things progressing, some painful
massage
, some ultrasound, and advised not to run more than twice a week for the time being, returning in a fortnight. So all good at the mo. Happy running folks 🏃♀️🏃🏽♂️😁

You can't beat having a good physio.
So one
massage
later I am good to go (after the statutory 24 hour post
massage
rest). At the start of the week it was painful to walk upstairs and I couldn't do a single leg calf raise with the affected leg.

Pain in lower right abdomen
When I
massage
the area I can sometimes feel a gas like sensation in that area. Why is the pain always in the same place?

TailChaser's HM Training Diary - Week 6
It may have been an easier
massage
but it left me far more bruised and sore than previous ones. Still worth it though. This was a faster run than I expected. I tested the leaning forward technique and Katnap seemed to think I was going faster.

Help
I've tried taking codeine to no avail,
massage
and walking up and down but I'm at my wits end I thought I was making progress by coming off the pramipexole but I'm worse now as when I was suffering augmentation! Not sure what or which way to go next!

The December Vibe quest- the last few days 🦋🌍⚡️
For example this might be going for a
massage
, practicing mindfulness, yoga, going for a nature walk or just making time to be still and in the moment. 🌍 Try something new.... this could be anything.... but go out of your comfort zone to do something that you might not have before.

TailChaser’s HM Training Diary - Week 5
Definitely time for a break methinks - sports
massage
awaits in Week 6. However, a combination of rest and all this running seems to finally be improving my heart rate and VO2 Max.
