Finally broke the 10K mark on my long run this morning! (+ blister nightmare)
As soon as I sat down after finishing my run, I felt my body really needing to sleep and rest but I had to go to church and then straight to the
massage
session.

Can you have a kidney problem that doesn’t show in an ultrasound or blood tests?
My life is limited, because of this problem, I’m in pain everyday with only heat for relief and self acupuncture for relief (I’m thinking of buying a vibrating

gun or plate as they’re meant to be good for relaxing muscles amongst other benefits) I set up a GoFundMe Page last September in the

Advice re Chronic Fissure for a 40-year-old Athlete
I've read enough to see that some people have had good experiences with dilation and
massage
. I've also seen some discussion of using antibiotics. 5) I'd love to hear about the experiences of other athletes.

Didn't even mean to run 4K! (+ race day just got a little bit more real...)
Tuesday's sports
massage
worked a treat too, I had no pain in my ankles at all when I ran today! The back of my left thigh felt tight though and feels very tender, so will keep an eye on that for the next few days!

MBC Help for Lymphodema and Cellulits
While the therapist’s very light, gentle
massage
was soothing, she was told to wear the sleeve except for bedtime sleep. The swelling increased to the point that another visit to the pcp last week, gave her, at last the diagnoses of Lymphodema and Cellulits.

Bandaging is often combined with

to drain the fluid and exercises that your specialist will teach you to do at home. Usually this treatment is given every day or two by a specialist in clinic over a period of about three weeks.

This forum is fabulous! Thank you! W4R2/3🍀 was a success!
That YouTube calf
clip works wonders for tight muscles!! 😃 The foam roller really is my friend, even though I like to pretend it isn't 🤬. Extra rest days are part of the journey.... 🧘♀️. 🛁 Epsom bath salts are AMAZING, my legs love them 😊. I'm so glad my legs are happier!

Massage
I suppose is good. There is sound and laser (acceptable wavelength / strength) to improve brain. Oils are supposed to be good and including aromatherapy. Brain medicine from amazon - mostly vitamins. Has anyone tried hypnosis?

How to properly use the cefaly migrane headband
The device has one or more settings, you will experience a prickling sensation which at times will relax you like a
massage
, at other times you may feel discomfort or even light pain. When you can't take it any more push the power button again and it will continue to operate at that level.

Prontogest IM injection- so much pain afterwards! What can I do? Help 😭
I do them every other day and change bum cheek every time, usually do them in the morning...
massage
the area after and walk a little to get the medication going. However, by the evening I’m in agony. I can barely sit- or lay down- so so painful.

New shoes?
Or what do you think of visiting a podiatrist instead - my local one claims it does gait analysis and sports
massage
. Or Is it a physio I need? Apologies it I sound a little vague- I’m still pretty new to this running lark.

numb fingers - help
It'll always go either on it's own / gentle
massage
, but leaves my hand feeling a little weak. I used to have the numb hand when sleeping for about a year previously but on odd days and about once a month so just thought I must have slept weirdly.
