I have finally been to a chinese medicine expert and have had acupuncture and cupping on the back of my shoulders which has helped quite a bit, then finally
massage
by the chinese masseuse.

On the way to 10k!!!
Again I wasn’t going to run after a bad nights sleep and waking up with stiff neck and back but after a coffee, a banana and a good shoulder
massage
from my boy cat🤣🤣🤣( he thought he was helping but it was a bit pointy). I decided I’d go after all.

Breastfeeding blocked ducts,help!
I’ve tried lots of things to shift it, heat,
massage
, pumping, manual expressing, ibuprofen, dangle feeding, changing positions so babys chin is on the lump (difficult as baby needs to be upside down 🤣), using a comb and brush on it, soaking it in a hot bath.

I've done a series of post-run stretches and will probably get my boyfriend to
massage
my legs later with a muscle roller. A hot bath with epsom salts will also be needed I think!

Restless legs
My husband bought me some spray, magnesium and alo vera, which i started to
massage
my legs with each night. I can report now that i haven't suffered with restless legs since. Not sure how long that is, but i am now on my second bottle.

Bad timing!
If it is, what helps the most, heat, cold, putting foot up, moving the ankle joint as much as possible, moving it as little as possible, gentle
massage
? I realise everyone is different, just wanted to see what people thought.

Newly diagnosed
It isn’t a sharp stabbing pain, it’s more of an ache through my whole leg or whole arm, sometimes it lessens if I
massage
my leg, sometimes not even paracetamol takes it off! Has anyone else with fibromyalgia experienced this as I’m wondering if my M.E has turned into fibro.

Help
Is it possible to receive a
massage
when I am pregnant and have an excess of milk? This is a full body
massage
, so we asked if it would bother me if you get milk while massaging the breasts or around the breasts. The husband thinks there should be no problems

Stopping Ropinirole
GP on the phone today suggested I
massage
my knees/thighs (where & when my problems are worst) with oil - seemed to agree a magnesium product might help. Any suggestions as to what to use? Best wishes to you all.

SPA PMR AND COPD
My recommendations if you have a SPA day booked for relaxation don’t have a
massage
. I thought a gentle manipulation of my sore muscles would be soothing. It was worse than a Physioterrorist appointment.

Lymph Assist home care machine.
Hi, I have lymphedema in my left leg from cancer treatment and it’s getting worse so I was thinking of getting a
massage
machine. I have just had 4 treatments at my clinic to see and I’m still unsure. It’s £1200 so want some advice from others that bought one.

Week 4 finished, have a niggling pain in my right calf after R2, but don't think it is injury as such, as I can
massage
it away for a while with a roller. Looking forward to week 5, 20 mins in run 3 seems like a big step, but only one way to find out.

Swelling calves and pain/ache question
I'm been doing light lymphatic
massage
that does help though it comes back. He shows no swelling in his ankles at all. His knees also ache at times.

RLS and leg pain
Sometimes when I wake up and the legs are beginning to rumble, I’ll try and
massage
them and there are tender points from the size all the way down. Also, sometimes I get extreme nerve pain in the bottom of my feet and my toes. Is this all connected or something else?

Massage
. I'd rung up the day before and thankfully it was still going ahead but you can feel the walls closing in as Stratford upon Avon is getting quieter and there are Coronavirus posters all over the out patient cafe & pharmacy walls, doors etc.

In focus: complementary therapies - reflexology
Reflexology is
massage
of the feet or hands (and sometimes the ears, lower legs or face)and combines direct
massage
touch from the therapist’s hands and energy therapy. In traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s believed that energy circulates around the body through channels.

4 months aniversary of BP
There's still somepart of my face when I
massage
it that felt hurt, still can't move my eyebrow or blink, or close my eye properly. But despite everything, I started to realize something from all of this.
