Calves still in agony when I run after 5 week break
I am doing 15 minute stretch routines, using a
massage
ball, taking rest days but the pain just won't GO. It gets worse each run/jog I do. I can't even run through the pain at this point as I can barely walk. I'm only 20 years old, why are my legs behaving as if i'm 90?

No thyroid - pressure on throat
I've been doing
massage
of the area and exercises but its getting very annoying as it feels like a choking sensation. Anyone any ideas what it could be or should I persevere with exercises? Thanks

7k at last.
I DID however take time to do a quick foot
massage
in the spiky Pilates balls to try to loosen up my feet. Rachael, my instructor, suggested keeping the heel in the floor and the toes on the ball and then roll the forefoot so that first the little toe touches the floor and then the big toe.

Happy dance π π
I started with supplements, tried T3, reiki,
massage
and meditation. I got my GP to up my levo, (after taking my husband with me) and I got another raise later. I learned as much as I could about my condition, asked questions and refused treatment I thought was not suitable.

What should I do?
I still do some face excercise and
massage
my face, but that worry me because somehow I still felt like that is not sufficient although I already got almost 80% of my left face movement back but that alone does not reassured me that I am going to heal completly. If you were me, what should I do?

Lupus foot pain or something else?
- I feel they need a really good
massage
and if I press on them it's like a headache, it feels helpful. I have bad callouses and Reynaud's but while it feels like surface pain it also comes from within the feet.

Bicuspid Aortic Valve - 36 year old male, just looking for support/other stories
I still have a little bit of pain in neck/back/shoulder but as above, think this is bad posture and muscle injury (had some good tissue
massage
which helped).

Blocked eustachian tube advice
So far, I have tried a facial steamer, facial exercises and
massage
but nothing seems to clear it, so does anybody have any advice as to what might be effective. I hope you are all keeping well in these difficult times and look forward to hearing from some of you soon. Best wishes Jimmuck

Shin Splint Dilemma
When I self-diagnosed I started doing stretching exercises in the lower legs and trying to
massage
the affected area. I also got compression sleeves but have not used ice or painkillers so far. The pain is about 3 out of 10 but promises to get worse and more prolonged if not addressed.

Weird bowels since Sunday
My bowel still feels off, the cramps have gone for now but when I
massage
my bowel it sounds like running water and really sloshy(mainly on the lower right amd moving upwards) I'm using a hot water bottle to help ease things but still struggling with the weird feeling.

Does anyone else have Hot Feet with RLS?
I also get the typical creeping "itchy bones" feeling in my feet, where I need to bang them together or get up and walk around,
massage
my feet, etc. I also have insomnia - possibly initially as a byproduct of RLS, but also maybe now just part of the aging process.
