I’m feeling very exhausted still I’m taking vit D and
magnesium
. I was wondering if I should start B12 too I’ve heard this helps with fatigue? I had iron etc all tested and they came back fine.

citicoline or PEA?
I am taking 300 mg SR thiamine with
magnesium
n zinc. Tremendous fatigue, gait issues n stiffness. I take dopamine 100/25 two- three times a day in divided doses. MP didn’t work too. My Neuro ain’t a fan of supplements and I am very certain tht increasing c/l ain’t going to provide me any benefit.

Man Lost Ability to Walk After Taking Too Many Vitamin B6 Supplements
The new, high-dose multivitamin wasn't the only B6 in the man's diet: He was also taking a
magnesium
supplement, which contained B6, and ate breakfast cereals fortified with B6.

Early morning chest pain - update
Since then I've increased my soluble
magnesium
intake and things are much better. For some reason, probably because I thought I might be taking too many supplements, several months ago I halved my daily dose of 350mg soluble
magnesium
.

Guess it’s back!
I immediately went over to A&E where I was sent straight to Resus and this was were I stayed for 6 hours without any medication, given only a drip of saline and a drip of
magnesium
. Their protocol was to administrate amiodarone then if that failed I was to be converted by cardioversion.

’not significant autoimmune involvement’? Help! NHS rheumatologist now wants to discharge me? Positive ANA
ENA all normal , Ana positive however at 1:320 homogeneous Low vit D & low
magnesium
Surely my positive ANA is a factor? The nhs rheumatologist keeps saying it’s a red herring, 3% of the healthy population have a reading that level.... my argument I’m far from healthy!?!!

Full bloods - advice and suggestions on what next please!
Then added 200mg
magnesium
glycinate at bedtime, and after Intrinsic Factor test came back fine, I added 400μg L-Methylfolate as I was struggling to find a good B complex, but I have the Pink Tribe soft gels now - guess this should be my next addition? Should I continue the separate folate too?

Neurologist appointment tomorrow
I take
Magnesium
daily. I have spoken with this Neuro by phone and know that he is willing to help me withdraw from Pramipexole. He mentioned Gabapentin and Preg which I had tried and couldn’t take because of side effects. He then mentioned OxyContin.

B1/Thiamine dosing
I am following the b1 dosing protocol and keeping up on
magnesium
, sodium and potassium. I am curious about others who does with high levels of thiamine (200 mg or above): 1. Do you take oral or do injections? 2. What is your dosage? 3. Did you have trouble ramping up?
