Somethings I am looking at: Ashwagandha, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC), Uridine monophosphate UMP or it's variant Triacetyluridine TAU, Choline, DHA, B vitamins and others,
Magnesium
For people going off meds all together Wellbutrin (prescription) may help.

There are a series of things that can be done -- 1, Get a DEX scan now 2, Supplement with Calcium, K2, D3 and
magnesium
3, Have your MO or whoever put you on BMD medication (eg denosumab, et al) Now comes the question.

Next increase denied
On your advice I started taking
Magnesium
and vit D&k2. I wrote a letter to the doctors as I couldn't get an appointment and last October they agreed to increase my medication from 50mg to 75mg. I now feel they are trying to take it off me.

I’ve regularly been given
magnesium
in the form of a powder dissolved in water here in the Basildon Cardiothoracic Centre. When I asked one of the nurses why, she said “it’s good for AF”.

Magnesium and the bladder
I know this is a thyroid board and we do need to keep on topic - but if it encourages any hypo doubters for
magnesium
supplements to give it a go then for blokes here
magnesium
can have remarkable benefits in helping the bladder muscles and enabling uninterrupted night time sleep.
