Vitamin D, Fish Oil and NOACS?
(The others are Vitamin C and
Magnesium
). I'm also taking Apixaban and other meds for BP and AF. I've noticed on the Vitamin D container label it says that the Vitamin D is derived from fish oil.

Water additives
My parents add
magnesium
supplements and the like to their water sometimes but I don’t want to go doolally with supplements especially at the moment after diagnosis.

Muscle spasm in right hand??? Has anyone else had/ have this?
I use
magnesium
, high doses of Nortritypline and nothing seems to help? I think the issue is coming from my neck? Neck very sore, currently I have a neck brace on. I do some light stretches of neck and use heat on neck and hand.

Any hope?
(Entire back and spine hurts) just seems to be getting worse looking for some hope, has anyone tried Celadrin capsules I have heard good reviews about it,
magnesium
for muscle relaxation as mine feel like bricks or vitamin d? And if so have any of these helped for pain?

Magnesium dosing - less is more?
My minor point to add is that I have kept going over the last couple of years with
magnesium
glycinate and found it consistently brilliant - but as time has gone on I have seemed to need less rather than more.

PD without drugs
Going to start him on Naka L-Threonate
magnesium
(2 caps/day to start.) Massage: As well using a combination of Frankincense, Vetiver and Helichrysum Oils. I massage along his spine before bed (two nights per week.) This has a calming effect and both enjoy this therapy.

Magnesium-which one is the best?
I wonder if anyone could give me some advice re:
magnesium
supplement... I bought my last one from Holland&Barrett and it was
magnesium
oxide, I have read somewhere it is the most inferior type. I stopped taking it.

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) - Hypothyroidism
I have added
magnesium
to my diet to see if that would help but no luck. Does it take a while for the blood pressure to get back to normal if I was indeed low on my t3s?

Getting fat after pred,
I am taking B12, Vit D, Calcium with
magnesium
and iron, and a good multi vit. I feel 'out of control' now; afraid most of the time and this perpetuates the circle of feeling worthless (having put on weight) and being afraid of the GCA returning if I work at my normal level.
