D3 + K 2 and magnesium supplements
Hi, I don’t know if actually being given levo which suits me for 3 months (Mercury Pharma) or taking the above has helped, but my almost daily episodes of diarrhoea have cleared up. Also, I was having increasing chest pains which have completely cleared up taking vitamin D3. Just in case this helps anyone

Collagen Peptide supplements and bone quality
There are a series of things that can be done -- 1, Get a DEX scan now 2, Supplement with Calcium, K2, D3 and
magnesium
3, Have your MO or whoever put you on BMD medication (eg denosumab, et al) Now comes the question.

magnesium glycinate and pregnancy
Knowing that lots of you take
magnesium
glycinate, have any of you taken it safely during pregnancy? Slightly off topic as I’m enquiring for my daughter who does not have a thyroid problem but is in the first trimester of pregnancy and is only sleeping about three hours a night.

Heavy legs and breathlessness
My legs feel heavy and stiffen up very quickly if I walk on any hard surface like pavements or even supermarket floors for more than a few minutes. It's particularly bad going up any incline, however slight. I literally feel as if I am having to drag my legs and the effort makes me really breathless.

Next increase denied
On your advice I started taking
Magnesium
and vit D&k2. I wrote a letter to the doctors as I couldn't get an appointment and last October they agreed to increase my medication from 50mg to 75mg. I now feel they are trying to take it off me.

Ectopic Beats ruining my life
I already take
magnesium
and vitamin D tablets, which I thought did help to begin with but not so much anymore. I’m exercising more and trying to eat better and lose weight too.
