I take vit D3+K2 and
magnesium
taurate plus folate. I’m on 3 grams of Armour NDT. I’m exhausted all the time since about the last two months or so and can’t even walk the dogs. Just tried to get an appointment with my usual doctor but nothing available for the next month!

Vitamin D Result
I take co factors of Vit K2-MK7 and
magnesium
. I have 2 queries I hope you can help me: 1) Is 127nmol/l sufficient (I have hypothyroidism and I have a poor conversion) 2) Should I be adding Vit A? I’ve read that Vit D depletes Vit A.

Has anyone used Sleep Well sachets
They contain Lemon Balm Lettuce Extract
Magnesium
& L Tryptophan. They worked really well & I felt so much better after a proper nights sleep. On Saturday night my husband said I had a lot of jerks in my sleep.

Magnesium
doesn’t help muscle twitching. Any ideas? I’m starting to wonder if I have an adrenal issue which is driving up TSH and would explain my volatile reaction to thyroid medications at any doseage.

What does reducing look like for a person with no adrenal function?
I was at 3 and reduced one quarter one day. 4 days later I started having anxiety which
magnesium
capsules helped (I am seeing a wellness nurse practitioner) The next week I decreased a quarter 2.75 on the same day. Both on Mondays. Four days later I have never felt so awful.

Chronic Insomnia Part 2
Last night, I had a diphenhydramine tablet, a high dose of
magnesium
glycinate, apigenin, glycine, and a small amount of melatonin, but I still couldn't sleep. We're desperate for any advice or solution. Thank you and thank you to everyone who responded to my post 3 weeks ago.

New Unproven and Untested Concept.
I was going to do a trial of
Magnesium
in the form of L-Threonate but could no obtain in for 5 days and chose to do what I thought would lead to improvement. It may be that administering B1 in the amounts I am using can result in depleting
Magnesium
.

Cefaly device for chronic migraine
Also just started taking
magnesium
to see if that helps. I seem to have a fairly low tolerance to medication, think there’s just one antibiotic that doesn’t make me poorly (!), so keen to try any alternatives to medicines.

Supplement absorption
I take B vitamins and
magnesium
every evening. What I want to know is can I chuck all of the following supplements in a smoothie (berries, greek yogurt, water, and cream) all together every day, so it’s kept simple? Or are any of them going to compete for absorption / cancel each other out?
