Metallic taste in mouth from Magnesium?
Aside from daily propafenone tablets for my PAf, I do take
magnesium
(glycinate) supplement 2 times a day, 2 × 125mg so well below the maximum recommended dose. I've been taking them for a month now, but I'm wondering if
magnesium
is the reason for this strange 'burned tongue" taste.

Magnesium, zinc and calcium
Been advised by a fellow runner to try a supplement of
magnesium
, zinc and calcium. The Onco has no objections. Are there reasons no too? Thank you.

I take
magnesium
and Vitamin D and Arsenica Album. I tried slippery elm but that made it worse. Any suggestions please? I find that my GP just wants to prescribe PPIs and they aren’t working. I’d love a more holistic approach and some reassurance! 🙏

B12 Injections
I take potassium,
magnesium
and a seeking health methyl free multivitamin. I am new to this and I am wondering, despite my “normal” b12 levels, does this suggesting a wake up or reversing out is happening and I should continue with injections? Any thoughts on this most welcome. Thanks.

Plagued by nocturnal ectopics.
I recently stopped taking omeprazole and a
magnesium
supplement but have now resumed these.I have not been sleeping well recently, waking up every few hours. I fall asleep quickly but wake up several times and it difficult to get back to sleep. What could be driving this increase in ectopics?

Vitamins for cognition
He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and
magnesium
supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda have also been suggested and I wondered if anyone has tried these?

Multivitamins
Although use Ethical Nutrition for
Magnesium
Taurate.Their multivitamins sound a good fit for me as would save having to take vit D3 separately BUT I'm on apixaban and the daily dose contains 50 mg turmeric.

Virus anxiety
I was doing good with my supplement routine (vitamin d, theanine,
magnesium
glycninate and b complex) but I think I’ll try Effexor. It’s been a year now of suffering from anxiety since that virus. Sometimes I’m so overwhelmed with helplessness since I try everything to feel better.

Best magnesium dosage
I have been taking Life Extension extended release
magnesium
(as ZumXR
magnesium
oxide,
magnesium
citrate) 500 mg (2 capsules of 250 mg each). I understand from Daphne’s Facebook group that Mg Oxide is not recommended. I intend to switch to Mg-1-threonate.

what is it this time?
I was initially taking 3mg folic acid each morning with food along with
magnesium
at night. Two days ago I bought a new brand of folic and increased my dosage to 5mg (following recommendations here and PA group on fb), as well as a B complex (less than 10mg of B6).
