CHRONIC INSOMNIA
I use melatonin &
magnesium
glycinate at the elusive bed time. I should be mid to optimal in vitamin levels. In June 2024 I increased T3 from 18.75mcg to 25mcg and felt in sync & still 125mcg Levo.

Latest thyroid tests, trialling T3
Would you think the T4 drop has been due to taking
magnesium
affecting absorption? Feeling a bit defeated now. Two steps forward, three back! 😒

headache update #2
Told me to increase
magnesium
and we discussed migraine treatments if needed. Yesterday I had 7 hours of bliss with no headaches. Made up for it today with nonstop headaches. I slept through my mri Monday so that was great. Guess I wait until August 5 for my neuro to give me suggestions.

Colloidal silver.
I’ve not been on here for a while now because my RLS was managed by nightly use of
magnesium
tablets along with
magnesium
oil spray and/ or lotion. However, I feel like I really need to share this because it made such a big difference to my symptoms- I know all too well the misery of RLS.

Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have experimented with
Magnesium
Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/Calcium and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking
magnesium
citrate power in water during a muscle cramp attack. I really wish I could find something to avoid them in the first place. Any ideas?

My question is I have taken
magnesium
citrate off and on for excruciating leg night cramps but it doesn’t agree with my digestive system. What would you suggest as an alternative? Many thanks

magnesium supplements
I have read a few places that
magnesium
is a good element to take as a supplement. Does anyone have any recommendations for what type of supplement or
magnesium
compound/mixture is best? Any ideas most welcome.

RBC Magnesium test (not Serum)
I am trying to find a home blood test for RBC
Magnesium
(as the serum test is inaccurate due to most of the
magnesium
being in your muscles and bones). I have read that too little
magnesium
may be connected to Afib. Does anyone know of a company in the UK that does this RBC
Magnesium
test?
