Myocarditis
He has palpitations which usually happen when he is just sitting down, these are now thankfully under control by taking a daily
magnesium
supplement, which his consultant recommended and he uses a cool pad from the freezer on his neck to shock the Vagus nerve which also stops the palpitations.

Magnesium
Could someone explain to me please, why
magnesium
supplementation is recommended? I read somewhere that testing for
magnesium
deficiency is both unreliable and uncommon. So how do we know we need it and if so, how much? Thanks.

Self-help on managing Hashimoto's
I've got low vit D level so taking supplements and also taking
magnesium
. My question is, why am I having days (like today!) when I feel like absolute pants? My thyroid feels 'swollen', I'm aching, I'm fogging headed, I'm feeling low.

Pregnacare
I'm looking to add
magnesium
& zinc into my supplement library. Pregnacare looks like it has very low doses of everything anyway. Can someone recommend a folic acid that I should take? I'm thinking of just taking everything I need individually to save me buying them as well.

Help Please! How Do I Fit 2 Doses Of NDT & Vitamin Supplements + Iron In My Day Without Negative Interactions?
I don't know the best way to take all this stuff as Iron affects other Vits and thyroid meds if taken too closely together: Thyroid S x 2 doses ; B complex ; Osteocare (D3, Zinc, Boron,
Magnesium
, Calcium) ; Iron/C liquid Sachet.

Starting levothyroxine- which brand?
I also take a bunch of supplements; Vit D, B complex, selenium,
magnesium
, iron; do they all need to be taken away from the Levothyroxine? And I understand that it can’t be taken with food, but could it be taken with a decaf tea…? Not sure that I could be awake for very long without tea!

Quick question please
Can anyone advise re taking my
magnesium
with B6 in pre blood test please? I know not to take anything with biotin normally and Dr Google says there's none in B6 just wondering what you would do.
