Very belated intro
1 hr before bedtime Ropinirole 2mg x2 just before bed,
magnesium
. I know the weaning off ropinirole is going to be horrible, but I'm hoping it hasn't done so much damage that it can't be reversed. I was put on gabapentin probably 25 years ago for issues unrelated to rls.

Feeling dismissed on results, am I clutching at straws??
I am meeting my rheumatologist on Monday, so I have typed everything out including all my supplements (turmeric, pro biotic, milk thistle, perimenopause inc zinc/
magnesium
and B12/B6) in the hope he might listen as he was concerned last time at my lack of energy.

Some positivity from my AF story
I will continue with my daily 250mg
magnesium
glycinate supplement. I even had a small beer few days ago (after 8 months no alcohol) but strangley I didn't enjoyed the taste of alcohol, and ironically I wanted to swap it for non-alcoholic beer ehich I was drinking all these months.

I know
magnesium
helps with RLS as I used to use a
magnesium
cream before being prescribed Pregabalin so thought I might take a supplement as extra insurance as well as its other benefits. But I don’t want it to interact with anything else.

Bad RLS.
Luckily I didn't have another episode of RLS for over 2 years, I was taking ferrous sulfate and
magnesium
tablets and I thought that must have sorted it.

update on recovery progress and therapies
other additions have been: CoQ10 daily supplement - I believe this helps reduce fatigue
Magnesium
and Vit D Implementing many aids to alleviate any discomfort or strain: weighted blanket, wearing prescription glasses (only .75 but worth it), heatpacks, ear plugs, massage gun Next items to implement

Is magnesium glycinate or magnesium L-threonate is the best type of magnesium to take?
Magnesium
glycinate or
magnesium
L-threonate!! Does anybody have experience with either of them?. I would like to know which one would be more suitable for addressing my
magnesium
deficiency and supporting my overall health. Also suggest some best brands.

About Olanzapine
I tried
magnesium
as well and no screen time or using night filters for screen. I do not take any caffeine. I am 15 months pp and struggling with feeling low and depressed whatever I can call this. I also have intrusive thoughts which stopped for a while but now are back again.

Active B12 test results
Dr order Bloods and they all came back normal except
Magnesium
and potassium and I think Folate? for which i took a course of meds. The Potassium and Folate seemed to become back in normal range but the
magnesium
was still a problem.

Flare, adrenals or what?
I am off for a
magnesium
bath shortly. This is the worse I have been since developing PMR after the Pfizer vaccine. Once the GP prescribed pred the symptoms disappeared although I have had three flares which I have treated as per the protocol and that has worked.

Magnesium Glycinate & Selenium - ok to take with post HA meds?
Hi I take the supplements shown above, and was wondering if it was safe for me to do so following HA and angioplasty last September. I presently take the meds shown below, and I was wondering about any possible negative interaction. If anyone has any info to share I’d really appreciate hearing it. Many
