Everything else was fine in the bloodwork apart from.low iron and B12, and chlosterol was a bit high, was recommended to not drink and take supplements which l did. 9 weeks later I've had no alcohol, taken iron, b12,
magnesium
, vit c, lysine, B complex, cut out fast food and tried to eat better.

Swallowing difficulty, have to chew meds.
My
magnesium
capsule is the size of a suppository 🤣 and I can swallow that without a problem. It's just the tiny T4 and T3. No matter how much water I take to help "whoosh" them through, they still won't go down properly.

Vestibular Migraine/ PPPD Or Something Else
I've also done months of vestibular rehab as well as taken
magnesium
and high dose B6. My vestibular physio thinks I also have cervicogenic dizziness related to my neck, which makes more sense than VM. I've tried CBT to try and alleviate the anxiety this condition causes.

Water and magnesium
I know she was only trying to help and I think I'll switch my
magnesium
from citrate to marine and see. Anything is worth trying. Did feel she was telling me off though!

Inflamation/magnesium
So I decided to see if I could get a reading and take supplements, but was told that because I was now taking prescribed blood thinners, It would be unwise as
Magnesium
would also thin blood.

Persistent UTI's, appears only with sexual activity without protection
He gave me a very long treatment for stones with potassium chloride, and I take
magnesium
every day. I also saw an infectious disease specialist, he sent me a combined treatment of amikacin, plus ciprofloxacin and nitrofurantoin, the latter for 3 months. I also consulted a nephrologist.

My positive experience with B1 Therapy
I started with oral 100mg/day HCL B1 (combined with
Magnesium
and complex B as the protocol explains). After one week, I felt more energy and improvements happened very gradually during the following 3 months.

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take vitamin D 400mg and 300mg vit k2, and 600mg
magnesium
at a separate time from the calcium. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

PLMD during daytime?
I've started to take
magnesium
for about a month now but no improvement. I did some research and it seems like I'm experiencing PMLD in wakefulness, which may not be that common since these movements appear mostly when sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these?

My vitamin B12 and Vitamin D and

are looking as good as they are, because I've been supplementing. My previous vitamin D result was 52 back in February and I felt awful.
