Advice please on blood results please - confused - too much levo?
I take vitamin B complex daily, and
magnesium
every few days. Perhaps I should just wait until the next blood test and see if they are similar ... 🤔 Thanks to anyone who has read this far! Any thoughts or advice gratefully received.

Best IRON supplements for RLS? Currently trying Pramipexole but learning about the risk of augmentation...
I've tried many many things-- multiple types of
magnesium
, I am fairly active (walks/pilates), I practice yoga and meditation regularly. I do cold plunges and hot baths with salts. I use massage tools, weighted blankets, compression socks.

Problems with T3 treatment
My vitamin levels are good, I have been taking quite a high dose of
magnesium
so wondered if that could be contributing. Has anyone had similar issues switching to Thybon Henning T3 from another type? Many thanks

GP expressed concern about hypothyroid after a recent blood test, a couple of questions if anyone is kind enough to take the time to read
A full blood test has shown my folate abnormal ,
magnesium
, kidney , liver , thyroid borderline and cholesterol had a number I don’t understand. Straight away I have been prescribed 5mg of folic acid to be taken for4 months and asked to book an appointment with the gp to discuss results .

Vitamine C and a flare-up?
For the tiredness my GP prescribed a medication (liquid) which has 1000g vitamine C,
magnesium
and 4 amino acids. This was to take for 14 days. It worked well for the tiredness but after eight days I had strong pains in my knees, hips, elbows, neck as well as my hands and feet.

Liver Beef Glandular pills for iron?
I'm still experimenting, but I can say for sure that
magnesium
doesn't help.) Anyway, it does seem like I should increase my iron, so I figured I would ask about these pills since I didn't find a post on it. And, I'm happy to receive any other reactions or thoughts people have.

Sleep issues!
When I don't sleep at least 7 hrs I am a zombie the next day...Take 1 mg Klonopin and 6 mg of Melatonin plus
Magnesium
Glycinate but always wake up after about 4 hrs of sleep and rarely get back to sleep. I'm taking a sublingual Melatonin but it's full of sugar and fillers.

Thyroid meds with calcium?
I am having a very hard time fitting in calcium (two 500mg doses), iron, and
magnesium
, all of which I need and have to be taken apart from each other. I also take Pepcid (for gastritis) 30 min before dinner. This can interfere with absorption of all of the above.

Interesting
Benfotiamin B1 300 mg three times a day. 2 mg
Magnesium
L-Threonate twice a day to prevent muscle cramps. With the current trial my 'stuffy head' returned likely from my body healing. I chose to take Betaine 1.5 g twice a day because that has been successful in the past.

Continued Journey
I had an infusion of
magnesium
and RBCs. The Red Blood Cells was to move up anticipation of coming back on Thursday; labs, possible RBC infusion, and clinic. I had the time. Drs. We’re confident that my ANC jump from 500 to 1900 to 5000 normal range.
