Weird test results
I also take Vit D3+K2, folate,
magnesium
taurate and a sublingual B12 ( my B12 was low on my previous test last autumn) I’m not on any other medication. I can’t understand why my RT3 is so high along with my ferritin.

Using up my B1 Thiamine.
So I would simply increase to 4 times a day but I had scheduled my next trial to be
magnesium
. For many reasons none of them connected to following or hoping I can magically find what works best that is likely the best course of action.

Fibre supplement.
I take 2
magnesium
citrate tablets every night but even these don't help as they did when I first took them about 2 years ago. I know all the " experts" tell us to eat nuts seeds lentils etc etc as well as loads of fruit but my body wouldn't tolerate these things ( I have tried).

Advice on latest thyroid test
I need to restart taking
magnesium
as I am getting leg and feet cramps. Basically, I hope I will be correct in saying to GP that I would like to stay on same dose as apart from the slightly out of range TSH, the other results are within range.

Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
I also take NAC, DIM, calcium d glucarate, omega 3,
magnesium
. All I read is women having multiple surgeries for severe disease. I have adenomyosis too so I know I may need a hysterectomy at some point.

Hi, I've seen a few posts on here saying about taking
magnesium
taurate supplements. Just wondering which one's are good to take as there are so many different one's. Also did you check first with your GP/cardiologist before taking? Thanks 😊
