high cholesterol taking D3
hi, I suffer from Hashimotos, Sjögren’s and whatever osteopenia means. I’m now worried as to avoid taking Alendronic acid for osteopenia I’ve been taking D3+K2 and magnesium. I’ve just had my blood test results although D3 hasn’t come through yet, but my bad cholesterol has increased from 5.75 to 7.81

Hello, I wondered if you might be able to advise me on my recent test results from Thriva? Blood taken at 11.30 am fasting. I had taken Levo at 10 pm previous night. I'm taking Solgar sub lingua B12 which includes folate - do I need to stop this and change to just B complex to bring down B12? Is

Blood tests and supplement advice please if you have a minute.
Hello everyone, I posted this a little while back but no comments so trying again, I know everyone is busy but I find help here invaluable. I am hoping I could get some advice on recent results. In late October I changed from 100-125mcg dose due to aches and sluggishness. Prior to this I had received

Next increase denied
Have just had a frustrating conversation with a G.P at my surgery who has refused my request to increase my Leveroxine another 25mg due to my latest blood test which is TSH 0.09 miu/L (0.35-4.94) Serum Free T4 13.3 pmol (9-19) I had private tests done via medi checks last August which showed I was undermedicated

Tantaanna follow up. Has anyone had this?
my follow up story. Since my 2030 ablation goes well- noticed a few funky beats some time back- only when I lied down at night and after resting it would quit and I’d sleep like a baby. Since December- I’ve had the beats increase during the day and noticed a fluctuating heart rate ( started during my

Just me
I found out I have a-fib. only because my wife heart the beat when laying on my chest. Don't know how long I have had it and never felt it. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and trying to address it at this time. The heart doc put me on 25 mg of Metoprolol and it made my blood pressure too low. Now

Graves, on carbimazole for 10 months
Not sure if you can actually see this, it's very small. I was diagnosed with Graves (Trab +ve) in April last year and have been treated with Carbimazole. It has been a bumpy ride but I am towards the end of my menopausal journey after years of severe PMS so who knows. I have been on Sertraline since

Sleep and Thyroid medications
I always split and take my thyroid meds in two doses 5am and 2pm and every morning at 5am when I take my first dose I fall back to sleep for 3 hours however my afternoon dose does not do this to me …. I thought about taking a dose at bedtime (11pm) but I take Magnesium at 9pm and take Advil just before

Vitamin results at last
Hi all, I posted my thyroid blood tests back in January, but have been trying to get my vitamins tested via the surgery with no success, so I've just forked out for a Blue Horizon test and the results and ranges are as you can see above with the 'normal' protocols of no Levo for 24 hours, no biotin for

Improving T4 to T3 conversion
Hello All I’m trying to see if I can improve my T4 to T3 conversion by improving vitamin intake, my GP won’t increase my Levothyroxine as she said TSH is perfect all tests are normal and has diagnosed my ongoing aching lethargy low mood as fibromyalgia. I’ve started taking Igennus super B complex,
