Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
Hi ladies, hope everyone is doing as well as possible. I'm 5 weeks post op for my first lap for DIE, large cysts organs stuck together. All the good stuff. I've recovered pretty well and feel ok now. I'm on Utrogestan 200mg to hopefully stop my period and reduce chances of regrowth. I also take NAC,

Too much electrolytes?
I have now been off pramipexole for 52 days, and off kratom for more than 3 months. I stopped taking pramipexole in the spring of last year, replacing it with kratom. When I started building tolerance for kratom I decided to quit, but the withdrawal was really horrific with acute RLS. Out of despair

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
I've been taking quite an array of vitamins and minerals daily. Actually 7 in number, vitamin C, B, D3, K2, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year). Over the last few months all the joints in my body had been getting sore to the point where they really hurt, especially when I had

The Importance Of Magnesium
As if we didnt already plug the benefits of magnesium enough on the forum, here's a good BBC article on how important this vital mineral is for our health. https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/articles/magnesium_rich_food_benefits

Magnesium
Hi just wondered if anyone has taken ferrous
sulphate
at the same time as
magnesium
? I was finding magnesium helped my migraines, but now the doctors put me on ferrous sulphate for anaemia and I've been told, you can't take both, as they stop each others affectiveness.

Started taking magnesium supplement from the supermarket and slept really well and felt more relaxed and less joint pain. Have only been taking half a tablet every night for about three nights, with the intention of building up to a full tablet slowly. Today my bladder seems to be irritated, running

Magnesium…..Are these 2 the same or different ?……..£8.99 vs £1.00
I have tried Magnesium which I bought from a Supermarket for £1.00, then a friend recommended Magnesium which was from Holland & Barret which I bought for £8.99 (Both are 90 tablets). I’m wondering if both are exactly the same. Please see pictures. The Left one is H&B and the Right one is from local

How accurate is a visual field test?
Hello I am new to this site but have been a member of Health Unlocked for some time. I have had glaucoma in both eyes for approximately 11 years and was well controlled until about 3.5 years ago when I developed uveitis in my left eye (my worse eye for glaucoma). It was treated as an acute emergency

Hi, Following my last post, I have visited my GP due to ongoing palpitations. She was very sympathetic and did me a full run of blood tests. All came back ‘normal’ my TSH even slightly down to my last test. Bloods were taken at 9.15am as advised. I am not prescribed any thyroid medication and take 3000
