Elevated LDH
Hello to all. I've been reading posts on the site for months and have found it so helpful. I was diagnosed with CLL two years ago and went through 6 cycles of BR. Now in remission, but my last blood test show an elevated LDH (328). My hemotologist has me coming back to retest in four months rather than

Possible genetic key in Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) may explain why some patients don't respond to treatment
Oxford researchers funded by the UK blood cancer charity Bloodwise, "have found that high levels of shortened forms of a protein, known as FOXP1, in a patient's lymphoma cells enable the cancer to evade the immune system, potentially nearly halving survival rates for these patients": http://www.medicalnewstoday.com

Just found your group and thought I'd say hello. No major issues at the moment but it's always good to stay connected. I was diagnosed in 2009, required treatment earlier this year, and am now in a partial remission. I had bendamustine, Rituxan, and Idelalisib as part of a clinical trial but failed

MRD negative
After 6 rounds of FCR (2 rounds of 5 x days F&C, and 4 rounds with just 3 days of taking the tablets) we got the results of my husband's bone marrow biopsy yesterday. It was the best possible news - he is MRD negative ( minimal residual disease) ie complete remission. It was tough, but obviously worth
