I'm curious about your appetite. Does anyone experience having 'no appetite' and if so, what do you do to encourage food intake?
For the past two years or so, I've had a very low appetite and don't always eat meals, as I should. I've heard that with PBC it's better to eat small meals throughout the day to help support better digestion. Even so, there are many days when I don't have enough caloric intake to support my output

Morning diarrhoea - I don't think I am over-medicated. Could it be sensitivity to the thyroxine or the fillers?
I was diagnosed hypothyroid April 2012 and started on 25mcg levothyroxine. Dosage gradually increased and have now been on 100mcg for just over two weeks. I've become aware that diarrhoea in the mornings has become a problem, to the extent that I am reluctant to go out in the mornings. By after lunch

A friend of her's in Ireland recommended she tried
LUTEIN

Hello all. I was diagnosed with IBS about 5 years ago based on symptoms alone, no tests given just an ultrasound and bloods. I suspect it was triggered by a diet which turned into anorexia or a hysterectomy. I have usually had both IBSc and IBSd, both pretty much as bad as each other.

Race for Life - the day of reckoning
I'd lost my running mojo a bit lately - in fact, since I finished the 5x50 challenge mid-May. That was to do 30 minutes exercise every day, which I managed, and enjoyed. I signed up for the Juneathon challenge to try and keep the momentum going, but it didn't really work. Warmer weather

How gluten free does a non coeliac gluten free diet have to be?
If I do a gluten free diet for my fat tum as I am not coeliac, how strict do I have to be to hopefully get some decent results? Obviously I would eliminate the obvious things but what about, for example, ready made things ie.cup of soup, that have a smidgen of cornflower? How have others of you managed

Strict Gluten Free Diet?
Can someone please explain what the term "Strict Gluten Free Diet means". If it means you comply with the recognised gluten free diet then you are ingesting small amounts of gluten. I am personally "Free of Gluten" (FOG). Even the smallest amount of gluten from derivatives has a very laxative effect
