Lots of hypothyroid symptoms and don't know what to do
Hi, I have lots of fatigue, weakness, problems with sleep (waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to get back to sleep), bad brain fog, dizziness (but not 100% of the time anymore, but when I get any kind of stress, even the smallest worried though), no stress tolerance, cold and heat

Increasing Nature Throid dosage
Hi, I just started Nature Throid yesterday with 1/4 grain i.e. 16.25 mg and I'm meant to increase it by 1/4 grain once a week until I have 65mg (4 weeks). Does someone have experience of this kind of dosage? I was told by someone that it's too low. Did your symptoms get worse while increasing the dosage

Hi all I have 4 stone to loose and have been trying for what seems like forever. When I first put on weight I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid and I take medication for that. I am also Coeliac so have a Gluten free diet. The more weight I put on the less I eat but I know that doesn't work really

Hashimotos and gluten free diet
I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (and was told my antibodies were high although doctors seem reluctant to diagnose Hashimotos) two years ago and six months later went on a gluten free diet. I did so to see if it would help my migraines. Even though its been 18 months its still early days but

HELP I'm new here
I'm so confused, my father and niece both have wheat intolerances and lactose intolerances and are on a gluten free diet now that has been confirmed. Both suffered from bloating under the ribs to the bikini line so bad they look pregnant, they have had both constipation and bouts of diahrrea as well
